Seems it's a well planned sequence of Myra's death..

MJ intentionally fell down so that Rudra will arrive & MJ pretends to be save him.. By this Rudra will feel guilty & start to believe once again MJ and accept him as Dad.. 👏

Because it's not easy to kill MJ and MJ must have planned this Gun shoot scene by all safety precautions 👏

When he fell down on the ground he could have collected the Gun quickly but he was simply staring at Myrah! He must have thinked like "Damn! Pick up the Gun.. Then only I can execute My plan.." 😆

That's why Maya is using Rudra as Trump card.. as Now Rudra is in guilty & he will accept MJ as Dad.. So now when Maya marries to Rudra..! MJ can't directly oppose Maya.. If he oppose Rudra will ask the reason & here MJ can reveal the past truth to Rudra as it will again damge his character in front of Rudra! So Maya's plan will work any how..👏
