Star Crossed : This will always be a Mortal Kombat of emotions.

There was so much black humour in today's episode.

Myrah took the blame of Rishi's death, confessed herself to be the cause of everything , so that Maya is free from this weight and she can find a new hope in Rudra and a possible future with him. She died at MJ's hands , seeing Rudra as the light of Maya's world.

But what did that result into? TOTALLY THE OPPOSITE. Rudra saw the Maya he should have seen in Myrah and hated her in her death because she killed his brother and almost killed his father. Rudra said all those words about Myrah to Maya which are actually a foreshadowing of what hatred Rudra is capable of once Maya's mayajaal ends. He came to Maya's door as usual, seeking emotional solace and comfort and spat venom against Maya and re-ignited love for his father. And just when Maya was crying in his arms over Myrah's loss, HER WORLD FLIPPED. Suddenly, she saw a shadow of MJ in Rudra and all the rising love went to Hawaai for a fully paid 7 star holiday. Dark Maya woke up labeling Rudra as MJ's dirty blood. In her impulsive and heavily emotional anger , Maya even picked a fruit knife ( Rajeev was worried ki kahin Maya usska suhaag na ujaad de ) ...but Rudra collided into her and unconsciously put the knife away- Maya faltered out of her khooni mode, thanks to Rudra's liptaa-chiptii. Even as Maya processed the see-saw of her angry emotions ( Rudra's proximity is a huge hurdle in Maya's khooni plans btw ) , Rudra sought help, sought solace and sought comfort in Maya even though she was seeing MJ in Rudra at that time.

Congratulations! Rudra is completely in Maya's control ; she has become an addiction for him. And Maya has gravitated towards her hatred again and is playing snakes and ladders on how to kill Rudra. Woh alag baat hai ki Rudra paas aakar sab plans par paani pher deta hai. But bandi revenge mode mein chali gayee waapis. She is sure now that Rudra will choose MJ over her, any given day.

I don't want to say anything about MJ apart from two things. He is in a win win situation now - Rudra ko Myrah seedha usski lap mein daal gayee. Secondly, he is so hot that I have to remind myself that he is a megalomaniac sadist.

However, I felt the worst for Myrah. She truly loved Maya and finally, she has gone to her Maanas. You actually feel it in your heart as she dies from MJ's counter bullet. Maya is never going to forget this. MJ baad ki baat hai, abhee Rudra ko mixer grinder mein daalegi, aur ishq waale love ko tranquilizers khilaa kar sulaa degii. Woh toh aaj Rudra ne mohabbat ke patte daalkar khud ko chaaku se bachaa liyaa.

Even though Rudra has fallen like a pakaa hua mango into Maya's lap , their equation has taken a strong hit today. Maya , in her understandable but delusional emotional anger is hating Rudra for saying all those words about Myrah. But darling, what are you expecting? This was just a trailer of what he will say and do when he comes to know that you are the root of it all. And trust me, Rudra is as capable of killing you as capable you are of killing him.

Rudra and Maya will never have a happy story. It's a dark, forbidden, dangerous and doomed equation where both your characters go through a crazy graph of emotions. There is no stability in Rudra and there is no stability in Maya as far as their emotions are concerned. Maya toh sanki hai hi, even Rudra has those shades. Maya will keep battling with her heart and mind as far as Rudra is concerned. She cannot live with him, she cannot live without him. Rudra will go all out for Maya and we can see that - she has become the center of his universe , but when that center's mask slips, it is not going to be beautiful at all. It's like Rudra and Maya are playing a game of chess with each-other - it's a very very twisted fate that has bound them together.

This tale is tragic and that is why it is a pleasure to watch. Yeah, inspite of all the bloopers and bad editing at times.

P.S- Rudra should shift to Maya's house. Abb usska mann apne ghar mein nahin lagta.

Thank you, V. 😊....Yeah, there is 0.00000001% chance that Rudra and Maya may have a happy ending. But even this ill fated love isn't bad. It has all the shades of human emotion spectrum.

Abhimanyu entered the chakravyuh instead of arjuna and died.. here it was Mayra.. she gave her life to save Maya.. and if Maya was expecting Rudra to side Mayra.. it will not be.. he lost his brother just the way Maya lost his kid.. he cant be faulted at his decision here..

MJ and Maya are both trying to side Rudra towards them.. he is a weakness for both and strength for both..

All these three Maya MJ and Rudra are very strong in their own sense.. neither will be defeated easily.. but again everytime Maya will get closer or change her mind for Rudra, MJ will strike back.. this will go on until one of the feelings of revenge or love for Rudra decides to take over.. and it will take over.. his one touch and the knife dropped down.. the power of love can never be greater than the power of hate.. today Rudra doesnt know why Maya hates MJ but he will know some day and that will be a game changer

Mayra died with the hope in her eyes for Maya and Rudra.. it was almost like foreseeing MayRa dying in hands of MJ in the end.. Rudra can be the only stopping factor but Mayas hate will eventually take them down..

All in all a superb twisted of an episode.. I love how something happens which u least expect.. now marriage and rishikesh will be fun..

Thank you.🥳 I agree. Myrah's hope may manifest as deaths of both Maya and Rudra in the long run. They both are destined to be , but am not sure if there is any light for them once the dirt is out. For me, they are star crossed lovers meant to end in tragedy. Maya and MJ are going to engage in a tug of war over Rudra. Maya will want to grip Rudra so that she can destroy MJ and MJ would want his son back. But where would Rudra's loyalties lie? Only time will tell.

For all you know, Rudra may come to know Maya's truth when she is pregnant with his child. That could totally change the game and history would be on the verge of repeating itself.

Until we have been through darkness, we do not know the true power of light. But sadly, mostly people don't step out of darkness because they think light will make them blind. Maya is that person.

Well analysed as always. I thoroughly enjoy the humor you bring in your episodic reviews.

Gotta hand it to MJ, he managed to kill three birds with one bullet- Rudra guilt ridden, Myrah eliminated, Maya suffering another loss. Not just that, MJ also had Antara playing her part perfectly as she trapped Rudra in his guilt conscious.

Rudra is synonymous to unabated rage and fury. He is highly unstable and only Antara & Maya have a calming effect on him- mother & companion. It's evident that a heartbroken, guilt ridden son came to his biggest support system to seek solace. What irony that he gave Maya a glimpse of the underlying danger in him. Maya will try and be better prepared, or so we hope.

Myrah. As I was saying, though she suffered the loss of Manas too, she still chose light over darkness and wanted to pass on that light back to Maya hoping to save her. What a pity that her sacrifice only led to Mayas heartache.

Maya-Rajeev scene was my favorite today. It's good to see Rajeev there with her as her true well wisher but one thing is sure Maya is not going to be weak in love for Rudra anytime soon. Those tiny flickers of love are all but extinguished for now..

Looking forward to Mayas & Nandinis reaction to Rudras wedding.
