8 Years of Revenge, why not Kill Earlier???

I admit, bit heartbroken as with Rishi death, this is the end of Rudra/Maya and will most likely end in Maya death.

My question is, if Maya planned this revenge for 8 years, why not just kill Rishi earlier, why go through this fake love as in the end, regardless of how Rishi died, his death would have the same impact on MJ and his family.

8 years of revenge, the plan, is too simple, not elaborate enough. A bit disappointed, for me, it would have been better for Rishi to decent in madness of not getting Maya, to show his pagalpan that not MJ could control, something out of his control.

Read theories that maybe Rishi could be alive, could have been a good plot but personally don't think so as of you think about it, Rishi was the only innocent in the family, even Rudra lost his innocence long ago and is aware of his family darkness, so with the only death of the innocent, everyone left is 'sinners' guilty of wrong doing.

PS: Anyone else think Rudra could be Maya lover buy lost his memory due to an accident or something MJ did to make Rudra forgot. Maya had 8 years to plan her revenge, why would she throw it away for Rudra and love, I mean she killed Rishi for her revenge.

I think the plan is to create ripples in the roy family with Rishi's death. If she would've killed Rishi right away, it would have brought pain but it wouldn't have pitted MJ and Rudra against each other. Also, Maya will use this to get closer to Rudra.
