Doesn't Maya resemblance Raj of Bazigaar? Or behyad story

Anyone have saw 1992 bazigar where sharukh family was destroyed by kajol shilpas dad. And then shrakuh set out revenge trapping 2 sisters and killing Shilpas character eventually turning before Kajol?? Raj played 2 diff characters all together I mean timid shy nerdy with shilpas and then the original self with kajols

Similarly here Maya too ...while she bing timid with Rishi and original self with Rudra.

The story does seem to have Baazigar touch to it. MJ must've done some thing really bad to Maya's father and brother , which either resulted in their death and caused them to leave Maya and her mother.

Good point. Maya could be like Raj of Baazigar. Manas could have been the catalyst who brought MJ into their lives and destroyed them because he was ambitious. After that happened he realized his mistake, but Maya hasn't been able to forgive him and keeps him away.

Exactly there too it was Raj mother actually who made Raj Raj to destroy khuranas ( I forget the name and the title ) similarly here too Maya's mother her character is yet to unfold ..I am sure it's more like Rajs mother unlike cranky jhanvi melhotra of earlier season ..and there too before killing Shilpas character Raj created rift BTW 2 sister ...and eventually killed Shilpa..

Rishi is just like Shilpa and off course the ultimate Maya aka Raj !!

Yup mabas definitely seems to be a catylist it's clear MJ destroy Maya but how why . that the crux
