We join Chand and her mother upstairs in Chand's room where she is getting ready to go down for the ceremony. Chand is dressed in red bridal wear and ornaments and looking very nice. The mother is very emotional and tells Chand how beautiful her daughter looks dressed in bridal finery. She gives her parting words of advice as this is the last time she will speak to Chand as an unmarried girl. she tells her to always keep the values of a mother.
Then the ceremony begins downstairs. The priest is chanting some words in Sanskrit. Happy music is playing in the background. Then Chand and Mahindra exchange garlands. Viraj takes Nilkant aside and says today I am seeing your future son-in-law for the first time, and that he feels he may have some issues. Then Nilkant says to him, that Chand is his daughter and he wants to see her happy, he never wants to see tears in her eyes and that Mahindra will keep her happy. He says that he has seen his big heart. Then seeing how sad Viraj looks, as his own late son was going to be married, tells him that Chand is his daughter and to perform the rituals of the father for her. Viraj is moved by this request and they hug.
Then the bride and groom circle the fire and Sanskrit chanting is played in the background. Krishna and her mother are throwing flowers at them as they walk. then all of a sudden, everyone in the room is stunned.
A group of men dressed in black and their faces covered by black scarves except for the eyes storms the house and takes the guests by surprise! The leader of the group walks straight towards Chand and then Nirvaan rushes forward trying to protect her but then suddenly the entire room gets dark apart from the ceremonial fire. Gunshots are heard. When the light comes back on, Chand is missing.
Mahindra, Viraj, Nirvaan and Paras rush forward to figure out what to do next, Nilkant, overcome by what has just happened, goes into cardiac arrest.
Then the scene shifts to a deserted warehouse. Chand keeps asking the masked figure, who are you, what do you want? The figure walks towards her and then finally takes his mask off. It's Vedant!! (this guy never fails to amuse me) Vedant tells Chand that he and Veera needed to do something about this situation. Then Chand walks toward him and slaps him. She asks him what right he has to do this. Then she tries to leave. Vedant stops her and says to Chand, you know what a mistake this is, that this isn't a marriage, it's a trap. He drags her to a chair and then ties her down with rope. Chand yells at him to let her go.
We rejoin the group at the house upstairs, where Nilkant is lying down in his room. Mahindra tells him to relax and Nilkant says that when his daughter's wedding isn't done, how can he relax? Mahindra tells him that everything will be ok, Chand will be ok, everything will be ok and that the wedding will happen soon.
Veera pulls Krishna away to tell her something, then Krishna resists and then in another room, she privately tells her that Chand is with Vedant. Krishna freaks out and asks why and Veera says they had no choice. They start to walk out of the room , the mother stops them but then they rush off.
Krishna and Veera arrive at the warehouse and untie Chand. Chand asks Veera why she did this. Then Veera tells her that they had no choice, and that she didn't know anything would happen to Nilkant. Chand asks what has happened and she tells her that he has had a heart attack. Chand gets upset and says that if anything happens to their father that she will never forgive her for the rest of her life.
then Chand wants to go to Nilkant. Krishna says to Vedant that she doesn't blame him for any of this, he is not at fault, and that nothing will happen but for him to leave because the police are on their way. Then as Vedant is about to leave, a flashlight flashes in his face. The group is straining to see who it is, and then the light flashes again. The police have arrived, along with a smiling Jati bua and Paras. The camera freezes on Krishna's surprised face. Episode ends.
