I started watching Kis Desh Mei Hai Mera Dil finally. Made several attempts and left after sometime as it honestly drags to start with ...a typical Balaji product very difficult to sit through. Kept going back to it just to complete HC's entire body of work and have now reached Season 3 ...kind of midway. So a long way to go as yet. Have been able to carry on only for our HC and maybe SSR. The FL is not a patch upto him but he outshines all the rest with a flawless and versatile performance. Can understand why this overrated serial catapulted him to the forefront in ITV.

If you have the patience do watch if only for his sake.

When accepting his first ITA for Tere Liye he commented on how he expected the award for some other show but finally got it for TL ...if he was referring to KDMHMD I agree that he deserved the trophy for his act as Prem. The role displayed his entire prowess ...complete repertoire as an actor...simple, the Ram avatar in the initial stage,romantic, rakish as Gaurav, ultra sophisticated after the leap with a touch of comedy during the marriage scenes.

He was just perfect.
