I think they were brought in for a potential track. There may have been a Noor pregnancy type track planned too. It hurts to see the show end so abruptly. I think the Voot idea was very much in play and the decision to end the show may have been very last minute. It sucks really.
But agree. Mili is a total Bimbo and really annoyed the hell out of me. I hate those "Cliche" type female characters with NO depth. Typical dizzy blonde type girl who comes to work for a company to bag a rich husband and has no real career ambition or work ethic. She's just there to "Line maar" at the hot Boss! She makes women in the workplace look superficial.
As a woman from the corporate world myself, I find such portrayals of females in the workplace quite offensive and pretty insulting to be honest. Kunal was a bit more interesting. Milli was simply grating and too much footage was wasted on her in our precious LAST week of the show.
I was not ready to not see ADIYA scenes anymore so this doubly sucks. Honestly I was holding myself from feeling anything about Bepannaah ending until now. But now that's it's upon us, it does hurt. This story was NOT over!
