I think Zoya is hesitating about physical intimacy because maybe on an subconscious level, it bothers her that she doesn't have Aditya's unconditional trust and she probably suspected this even before he admitted it to her. Because she knows him better then he knows himself, that day he just confirmed her doubt.
I think the day Aditya proves that he trusts her over any evidence or logic, that's the day she will accept him completely and Aditya will finally get his kiss without even asking for it.
