To the medical doctors among us: Can a ONE-DAY fast cause the kind of dizziness Zoya was experiencing when facing AnjanaMa?

For sure, eating timings at the Hoodas are pretty unusual : they make super-long hours per day but you never see them together for breaker, lunch, or dinner - at least not since the Adi gobbling down toast and banana days 😆 -, and they don't snack in-between, except perhaps at a kitty party 😃
But, unless one is already malnourished or underfed, such a fast could not possibly make someone crash down - that too, with such force as to take down the whole table cloth cum items on them ?! 😕

So, Medi-folks: can you enlighten us a bit on this subject? ⭐️

I think it was just to show KC effect a bit dramatic! But to put some logic could be she did not fast for one day she probably had not eaten since their date night 😆 and to add on it with so much stress. It adds on to the hunger.. lol Adi fed only tiny bit to her in the morning so she did not eat the full plate too

Well someone faints or not it totally varies from person to person depending on body strength. But what is strange for me, she kept Ramdhan roza and ran in Jungles with Adi while hiding from RV and still never fainted, and being a Muslim a body gets used to keeping fast for 30 days continuously. but in end i'll rest my case by saying its ITV logic hehehe😉

Haha, thanks so much for your prompt reaction, Hadz. Yeah, it was meant as a fun post, to tide over the long wait till Monday evening ()
But, eh, if you've been fasting for over 20 years (not all the time, of course 😃), then you are way ahead of poor Zoya for whom this was her first KC fast. Although, come to think of it, she must have fasted for Ramadan also... Hmmm, CVs may have overlooked that little technicality 😆

@bold: Well, you said it too. Good. The rest, indeed, is in CVs' hands 😛

Yeah as females we get our breaks in ramadan but still have to make them up afterwards. This post made me laugh cos i was just thinking one day and that much dizziness?? But they do that in any fast related scenarios. Like Ayraa said, she ran through jungles and nothing happened!

CVs need to research this more 😆

Yeah I feel like KC is always overdramatized by fainting in ITV. I hate fasting with a passion but with my mom I'll usually fast for Shivratri etc and I'm awfully hungry but I've never experienced fainting/dizziness. There always has to be some kind of fainting involved in ITV Karvachauth 😆

Medically fasting is so good for us, for our bowels for our blood sugar levels. Next time fast with the intention of better health and trust me you'll love them :))

Nobody out there asked if she was carrying . Anjana's friends ne kuch baat hi nahi ki.
