Last night I am sure majority of the audience got into a hot mess after that shower of red lipstick kisses to Aditya's droopy eyes to multiple I repeat multiple nose rub. It would be inhuman if you didn't get those feels after the episode đ I am gonna stop here before I rush to watch it on loop again and forget what the actual post was about đ
Episode 160
There was a time when Aditya Hooda had taken his revenge from Zoya by kidnapping her in the middle of the night from an isolated street. Zoya was in Pooja's saree back then gifted by Sakshi. Today Aditya gifts her a saree with a mix of white and red, their own color. Back then she was in Pooja's color. Aditya had covered her face in black cloth from behind, today zoya sprays darkness infront of his eyes from front. Aditya had taken her to a room filled with bitter truth of Yash and Pooja. Initally the room is dark so Zoya screams in horror as she is scared of darkness. Today he walks in with her into a room filled with lights and white curtains decorated by him while he himself whines in pain. Back then he had asked her sarcastically why she is not enjoying his prank and today they laugh out loud at the thought of kidnapping :) From kidnapping her for revenge to kinapping her heart! Aditya tells her dard diya hai na dawa kaun karega. It is in contrast to when he has once told her Chot se nahi dawa se darr lagta hai. That's exactly what will play out now. Zoya has given him the dard of doubt by walking away, she has to come back with a dawa to heal his wounded past which will not leave him that easily.
The next part what do I say đ This man doesn't empower the upper hand which men usually like to in these instances. He guides his woman to take the lead and enjoys as she showers her love on him. He lets her do it all till the end and then takes over.âşď¸ It's really a beauty to see such kind of layer in a man. The curtains looked like a maze where they are running and fetching each other. They may get lost in the maze of life with some issues coming their way but they will always find each other. As they say when love is real, it finds its way đ
Ahem, the part under the curtain is another beautiful scene.âşď¸ After getting lost in the maze of curtains they come running back to each other and let the curtain which was blocking them cover them. They are shielded from the rest of the world. The white curtain which is as pure as their own white clothes, shows they will block out the world for each other and get lost in it.
My fav part from yesterday, when Adi says aise kaid karunga ki tum zindagi bhar ke liye saath rahogi, koi azadi nahi milegi. Aditya is still scared, you can make out from the way he was actually holding her head delicately from behind and her face from front. Yes he knows Zoya loves him and is committed to him but there is a part of him which still wants to be passionate enough so zoya gets captive to his love so he doesn't have to give her the azadi he gave Pooja. Pooja had blamed him for not being passionate enough so she fell out of love, here Aditya goes the extra mile to make things romantic. He doesn't want to lose Zoya to the same issue again. BUt again Aditya forgets this is not Pooja, this is Zoya. He does not have to set up a passionate room for her to be captive, she was captivated to his heart much before with just his kindness and friendship. Zoya will be equally involved with him if he kissed her in a blank room. She gives him what he needs to hear, hume aapki kaid se azadi nai chaiye. Pooja had wished for azadi from his heart and Zoya demands kaid.
Another realistically beautiful shot is Ke dil abhi bhara nahiii :) I can't tell you how many times I have wished for a scene like this! It is the bitter truth of a second relationship that needs to be explored. When you move out of a relationship, you think you have moved on because you are happy with the new love of your life. But what most of us don't realize is that shades of old relationship never leave us that easily. Especially in aditya and zoya's case they were married for a few years before this. Like our own old habits take years to fade away, similarly things we do in a relationship sometimes carry along. In you notice in Aditya's flashback there is a similar scene of decorated place with champagne glasses where pooja is on his lap and they are singing abhi na jao. ( Seriously I sometimes don't understand what pooja wanted and how she walked out đ)
For Aditya they never got acquainted to anyone else after Poosh, they had only each other then got married. The look on aditya's face when he began singing the song said it all. It's a tough fight but they need overpower these awkward situations to let go of Poosh one day completely to sing this song without hesitation :)
Oh btw I loved how Zoya kept getting distracted with his kisses to say anything âşď¸ Adi just calm down for a second and listen to the lady âşď¸
Arjun See when you involve a third person in your relationship no matter who they are or how good they are it is eventually going to confuse you. When aditya came he said I went to get cake and zoya left. But only adi knows what happened between them before he went to get cake. He cannot narrate that part to arjun. So Arjun being the third person assumes she came in saw the decorated bed and ran away. Then he confuses himself and his bhai by saying maybe she is not ready for this. They don't actually say she doesn't love him they just assume she is having a hard time leading a married life again. It is different to be in a relationship and it is different to be just in love. Now comes the 16 year old insecure aditya. Aditya's broken past and marriage will always lead to second-guessing himself. He knows in his heart very well knows that Zoya loves him but his mind which is listening to Arjun takes over that heart for few minutes and he is left to think that he is not good enough as her pehla pyaar. He doubts himself, not Zoya that it is he who is unable to give her the love like Pooja had mentioned in her diary. Aditya is always easily convinced that everyone wants to leave him.
Arjun actually corrects himself in the end saying we might be over thinking and Aditya is about to say something but a call comes. So that few seconds is passed on and Aditya doesnt have enough time to process it so he can tell his mind that Zoya is happy with him. I am waiting for tomorrow to see more to this because I am sure there a reason behind it. Aditya I feel will for sure recall how scared Zoya was yesterday and kept repeating the word kidnap. It will ring his brain cells for sure đ I can't wait for Zoya to erase this insecurity that resides inside him !
