What Adi thinks isn't wrong and I hope he knows that - I hope he knows that if Zoya has acted like Anjana and accused Anjana of something so big - there must be more to it than he's aware of ..instead of thinking that Zoya behaved like Anjana and changing his opinion of her, I hope he thinks that IF Zoya has behaved like Anjana there is definitely something going on - I hope he questions her and asks her what she saw at the orphanage and gets to the bottom of what's going on -
Do you still feel that after Zoya asked for forgiveness, when Anjana started trash talking zoya ..like saying that she married into this family to take badla because she blames this family for what happened to her and what not - do you think Adi was justified in being quiet then?? ..I'm not talking about the part where he stood up and spoke to zoya in defense of his mom - that was absolutely justified and needed because he was just being fair ..but zoya's accusation didn't give Anjana a free pass to hurl shit at her again ..and when she did ..I defnly felt that Adi should have at least begun to stop her ..and then perhaps Zoya could have signaled him to stop or whatever ..but it just seemed like his attitude was "zoya - you brought this on yourself - i'm outta this sort of" ..but again perhaps he just didn't want to make it worse than it already was ..so he let it pass!! after all she's his mom and out of respect he refrained from stopping her speaking rubbish about Zoya!
I think whenever someone says things that are wrong, someone who's in a better position to analyse and understand the right should speak up ..adi standing up for his mom was awesome ..he knows her better than zoya ever can! likewise when she started her usual shit - she needed to be shut down too and Adi is the only person who knows zoya well enough to shut down his mom's trash talk! ..he's done it in the past ..today I guess his anger got the better of him!

Now by blaming Anjana, Zoya too proved today there's no difference between her and Anjana and that made Adi angry with her. He always thought Zoya's heart is way too pure than Anjana and she will never blame someone unnecessarily but Zoya proved him wrong by blaming Anjana unreasonably and unnecessarily. He wanted to stop Anjana then too but Zoya's action put him to shame because Zoya indirectly proved Anjana right. Anjana gave her khandani saree and bangles but instead Zoya blamed Anjana for poisoning the food. So in this case, Anjana was proved good and Zoya bad. It's all due to the situation.
