Yup!!

But before that she wanted to prove him innocent and since he was accused of such things because of his love for her.. .she wanted him to clarify all that...clarify He DID...but not the very important part that he IS Innocent just as Zoya believes...

I thought she had sais they both knew each other better than anyone else. So why the clarification?

Because hot iron is being hit twice...Zoya defended him once in the party n is trying to do it at home again but the sudden confession will obviously leave her flabbergasted ...on top of that Waseem is already hell bent on proving him wrong...
