If you get time... do watch all parts of Screen Journal Interview of Harshad while he was doing Humsafars.. (available on YouTube)
You'll get to know how Harshad approaches acting as an art.. it's such a nice interview and you'll get to know how he has always strived to do better and better in every show he got! Some scenes, he said, he actually got completely immersed in the scene that it took time for him to come out of that zone! 😊

He likes to keep it private and we should respect that. I doubt when he emotes as Aditya after her betrayal he would be thinking of any real life associations. This would imply that when he fights on screen he has to draw on real life experiences...and that is improbable.

Even if he did go through what is being rumoured its been a while as he took a long break before he was offered Bepanah and a man focused on his career would not be sitting and mourning like Devdas. In real life you move on.

Definitely like I said before, this is not to take anything away from his acting it was just a thought I had whilst reading it.
I also don't think he's still thinking about it but a lot of the time actors use past experiences to portray the charctaer.
As I mentioned above I think if he was given any role he would portray it with the untmost professionalism, as he's extremely talented.

Thanks, I've seen his acting before and think that it is amazing. It was just a pssing thought I had as actors often use real life experiences to portray a charcter. Harshad's acting is phenomenal and I'm sure that any role he is given will be excellent.😊

That's how i see it. The industry is very fickle. A lot of people now get work based on their looks vs their talent, and then there is nepotism as well. But Harshad really shines on screen because he treats acting as an art. Even Jenny constantly comments on how he thinks a lot about scenes and has to plan so much around scenes. That's just Harshad. A perfectionist, which is why he gets every scene right and never slips!

I was up all night because I had to finish Humsafars, and it's amazing how I was looking at the same face, but a completely different person. There was no sign of Aditya in Sahir. Only Harshad can do that. I love this man and I can write long essays on him, but I have to get back to work :P

Completely agree, I think he's an amazing actors and the way he portrays the roles brings them to life and allows the audience to have a real connection with him.

Totally agree that real life experiences do help an actor portray a character more realistically. Looks like Harshad and Jenny have different acting styles. Harshad by thinking deeply and planning thoroughly. Jenny by feeling a scene and jumping right into it, going with the flow. Amazing how with such differing styles, they are able to gel beautifully together to produce a wonderful chemistry.

Harshad is a very private person...so commenting on his breakup story with SJ is not right...but even if this was true...i love the way harshad has not uttered a single word about this...i remember a lot of articles being published at that time about how sj ditched hc for kunal...any other limelight hungry guy could have used it to gain sympathy and more coverage...but hc has maintained a dignity around his personal life that you land up loving him more...hc is so talented that he does not need a real life experience to emote the same on screen...but I do agree it helps one understand the feelings better if u have gone thru it before...i do find his bonding with all his onscreen mothers so real...exactly mirroring his bond with his beloved mummyji ...gosh he must be missing her so much...love harshad both as an actor and a person...wish him only good in life...
P.S:
If this story is not true...my respect for hc increases for the way he has handled it
If this story is true...i have lost all respect for SJ and kkk no matter how great actors they are...bas!

Does it matter now , Sriti is in a good space personally and professionally and about a year back there were holiday pics floating around on Insta and fb which were deleted promptly...Harshad either took a huge break on his own or he did not get the right offers and what he did post Tere Liye wasn't acknowledged or really spoken about in terms of career progression.

This is one such interview where he really doesn't get irritated when asked about personal life..he was in a good mood I think. This was when Harshad was a part of Dil se dua
