I found the episode quite boring. Maybe because I watched the precap first and it just completely spoiled my mood.
What I noticed is Adi was not being himself today. He was being something that he is not in his efforts to pataofy his sasur. This has been the problem of Adi since the beginning.
He never hated Zoya, never wanted to hurt her but his anger for Yash and Pooja made him something that he was not. He tried to be proved himself to be a cruel and heartless man in order to hurt Zoya more but it's Zoya who would always make him realize that she is not getting affected by his 'bad side' because she knows he is a good man.
Today, Adi is again trying to be someone else. The guy who entered Zoya's house wearing kurta pyjama and reciting a poem is not the real Aditya. Adi never had any interest in poems. He used to dislike poems so much that he would call Zoya's Urdu gaalis as poems/shayaris.
The man who entered the house was not the real Aditya Hooda but the man who gave a gift to Waseem was the real Aditya Hooda.
The man who said he can cook biryani was not the real Aditya Hooda but the man who was helping Roshna in the kitchen was the real Aditya Hooda.
Few scenes were quite important. Zoya sent Arshad to her bedroom that means she will allow Arshad to enter her life by accepting the marriage proposal. Noor told Arshad that he is not a perfect human so no matter how much he pretends to be perfect, his flaws will always come out and therefore he can never fool/impress Zoya. Zoya is not a person who can easily be fooled by people.
The second was the biryani cooking scene. Adi knows cooking but it's not his hobby. He definitely doesn't know how to cook it. He was nervous but at the same time he wants to win the competition with his hard work and dedication and for that, he is ready to bear all the pains. Arshad was biting the chewing gum because he doesn't want o bear any pain and hurt in love. He offered one to Adi but Adi refued because his love was so true that he is ready to bear all the pain. His efforts are honest. He wants to impress Waseem with pure honesty and dedication but Waseem started discouraging him. He didn't appreciate his efforts. For him, a man's pure heart is not as important as status, power and position. Waseem is impressed with Arshad because of his status and his position in the society whereas Adi is just a 'ameer baap ka bigda hua aulaad' for him who has no identity and position in society.
