How does Sakshi know?

Ok so I haven't watched today's episode yet but some comments were saying that Sakshi knew that the baby is Aditiya's? If so then why did the doctor say it was Yash's baby?

regarding the doc, pooja visited her with yash so she might have assumed that yash is the father or maybe pooja lied to her as well

everything is going to be clear this week 😉

Here's what I think when pooja came for her checkup at the hospital doctor must have thought yash was her husband hence making him the father and she probably said same thing but obviously she told her mother the truth so that's how sakshi knows the real father.

Or sakshi lied that it was Adi's to save the reputation of hooda, siddiqui and arora family coz how bad does it look that a woman is having the baby of another woman's husband it affects the families
