It's about Yash...and first thing is he signed the divorce papers..which justifies that oo Zoya ke nahi rehna chahtha tha..par agar oo esa chahtha tha...tho sari property Zoya ke naam kyun ki..

2.next Pooja issue..Kya usne Pooja ko propose kiya ya nahi..agar nahi kiya tho Pooja ne divorce kaise banwayi..since the ring is with zoya

Seriously yaar Pooja is Crystal clear..she was not happy with adi since he always treats her like a best friend not wife..like she said in dairyy that dosti ka sukoon nahi pyar ka junoon and all..yash is soo confusing..

Coming back to the episode:

Papa hooda nailed it..every point he mentioned was convincing..ek minute keliye muje esa laga ki poosh never Had an affair...

And coming to blame put on Yash..I didn't felt bad about it..to be frank...I felt bad sad for Zoya of course..but the point is Yash kabhi loyal tha hi nahi..Na Zoya ke sath ,nahi uski family ke sath..

1.pura property Zoya ke naam karke family ko cheat ki

2.Pooja ke sath affair rakhe Zoya ko dokha Diya

3.5 crore property karidh Kar company ko dubaya

Seriously yaar..ee Yash kisi ki barose ki layak hi nahi hai..In my point of view..of course Pooja is not innocent..but neither Yash is..Pooja sirf adi ko dhoka dherahi thi...lekin Yash ne har uss insaan ka yakeen thod Diya..Jo uss PE sab see jyada yakeen karthe the..

Yash has been a punching bag for everybody both in reel n real. Have to see Yash's story to get a clear picture, but both Poosh r not as bad as dy r made to be, from what we have seen till now. D biggest mistake was wn dy fell in love, dy shud hv told their spouses.

Adiya presently are right in their places. Initially Adi's anger was misplaced, but now he is fine. Zoya has all d goodness n deserves it back.

🤣 u r right, n i agree with u, he ws ajeeb complex character.. matlab itna barbaad insaan tha fir bhi 2 2 ladkiya usse bepannah pyaar karti thi😕 to kuch to achha hoga usme .. maine kayi logo se puchha yash k 3 good qualities bt ppl were not able to answer me😆 jst becoz his character is still as mysterious as poosh murder mystery

i was thinking the same itna depressed and 2 girls😆 yeh kaisa depression hai😆

Possibility 1: See there can be a possibility that Yash never loved Zoya and was really behind her money .. May be Wassim came to know that Yash is a gold digger .. there can be a possibility that he used Pooja too for money ..

May be Wassim too gave him some money and Wassim black mailed him to transfer his property in the name of Zoya for some reason ...

Also Property was transferred in the name of Zoya only to secure himself .. since he had too many creditors and legally if everything is under the name of Zoya , then may be personal assets cant be taken by the creditors and only office property can be sold off for the recovering the debts .. i m not sure with the law ,just stating 1 of the possibility ..

Possibility 2: May be he really loved Zoya and then with time realized like his true love is Pooja ... so may be out of guilt he transferred the property in name of Zoya to secure her future ..There could be lots of things ..

Depression thing if Papa Hooda's evidence is correct then he was depressed coz he was not happy with Zoya , he wanted to be with Pooja but then Pooja in the end realized that cheating aditya is not correct , Arora family and Zoya were never in good terms so he anyway was getting smashed from Mum-Mussorie and lastly so much debts .. so he was never satisfied with his life be it personal or professional ..

See according to me if they show Yash did all this due to stressful circumstances then may be after watching his side of story people might end up sympathizing him and may be Zoya ends up blaming her self and wont be able to move on .. so its better they show him bad ..

Didn't Yash's lawyer say that since Yash died without making a will, his entire property came to Zoya because she's his wife? Yash koyi mahatma nahi tha that he named his entire property in Zoya's name. It came to her because she's his legally wedded wife and according to the law, the property goes to wife if husband dies without making a will.
