jeez, I can't believe this court case ..prosecution argues that Adi diverted the plane he was piloting to get to mussouri to murder poosh! ..why would he do that if murder was really his intention?! ..why not change his schedule ..rather than hope on landing his plane so he can go play murder!..it's not like the chest pain guy was instructed by Adi to feign chest pain and cause him to divert the plane!.. what bs ..

also, how can defense deem it to be a suicide just because they have reason to believe he was depressed!! ..

can they not give some more concrete medical evidence? like perhaps time of death, maybe a suicide note (albeit a fake one!) ..no one can deem an accident to be suicide ..unless there is video footage of Yash purposely driving the car off of a cliff or something! .

i'm really miffed with these lawyers pulling out random hearsay and assumptions and witness opinions as evidences in a court of law!! ..isn't law all about providing concrete evidences with proof ..

so lame. ..I hope this track is done with soon enough and we get good Adiya moments ..Don't want Zo believing yash's suicide and blaming herself sort of nonsense ..and I hope that rajveer's cameo is done and is out forever! can't tolerate that character really!!

lol.. tbh, first thing judge should do is to clarify whether the case is about PooSh getting murdered or proving that AdiYa now have an affair.

hmm I agree that court case was not that great .. for me frankly I thought they would reveal something wrt to their past n we vl get some new info .. so hence I was disappointed ..

Wednesday episode was not that great .. I still don't get on what evidence has Rajveer got them arrested .. there is no solid evidence ..so it was kind of a mood killer ..

But somehow I like yesterday's episode .. the way things were manipulated was nice .. all the previous episodes were connected... today's episode also where they show Harsh manipulates the case and proves that yash committed suicide is also kinda fun .. i believe he did not want pooja' s name to be involved as she is his bahu and may be dont want his family name to 'be spoilt and hence proved that yash is clinically depressed and blamed completely on him which made sense .. though arguments were not that great coz having affair does not mean they murdered .. so yeah it was kinda stupid but I have to admit I think yesterday n today episode were better ..

I believe at least for me thought this court case would actually reveal PooSh murder mystery so was a lil disappointed .. May be makers feel it's not the right time..

yes all in all not that great court drama but I guess it was average ..

any way court drama track over today ..

hoping next week is just better..

I know right!! ..even if adiya are in a relationship now, that proves nothing!! ..committing murder is such a grave offense but being treated very frivolously!! ..anyway, that dance video is going to make up for this botched courtroom drama!

Basically, Rajveer tried to prove that the guy had only heartburn but Adi assumed it to be a heart attack and risked the passengers lives by landing in Dehradun in spite of bad weather because his intention was to kill PooSh.

See Rajveer has no proof against AdiYa. Ab kuch toh mistakes dikhana padega na court mein to prove his theory that AdiYa killed PooSh. He did a very thorough research, found put Adi's mistake of landing in Dehradun and used it for his advantage.

Regarding Yash's suicide proving, I feel Harshavardhan may show some medical reports that he will get out of somewhere or may be he will get Ashish to tell everyone in court that Yash was depressed. I saw Ashish in one of the pics last week.

Let's wait till tonight's episode to see how they end this case. I feel its the right way to end the track because this case started on a lie and will end with a lie. It's a tit for tat for Rajveer and Mahi.

yes, the tying up part was indeed good thinking! ..though it doesn't prove anything and is circumstantial at best ..but still connecting those dots to make it look like adiya planned the murder was ok ..

I wish to see adiya investigate on their own...first and foremost ..i'd lake to be done with rajveer! good think about BP ..most tracks are done in a week ..unlike some other shows that drag tracks and make you tear your hair in frustration!

I think Mr.hooda will produce some evidence maybe fake but still he will. Court is his area so he knows with out proof Nothing will happen so he should bring some proofs

I didn't get what rajveer conveyed via the heartburn guy though ..I mean he complained of chest pain and adi assumed the worst and didn't want to risk his life - if adi's intention was to land in Dehradun ..then unless he planted the heartburn guy it doesn't make sense ..because if that guy didn't complain of his pain there is no reason to believe that adi would have still diverted the plane!! ..

anyway, i'm going to let all this pass ..i'm a huge fan of courtroom dramas and love all things law so when I see some totally flawed court scenes I get so miffed :) but i'm already looking forward to the Eid party!

I do really want to see harsh provide some concrete evidence ..hopefully medical ..fabricated or otherwise ..but at least strong evidence that makes sense in a court and not random witnesses giving out their personal opinions!

Yes Adiya should investigate .. I wonder why they haven't yet.. now I m wondering what vl make them start to investigate .. Harsh n Wassim know a lott and not revealing ..

May be when Rajveer kidnaps Zoya, Rajveer reveals certain info ... there are Lots of things which needs to be connected ..
