I guess i have seriously gone mad i cannot stop watching the hospital scene on loop and that dialogue always makes me go aww when he points back at Zoya and says "Duniya khatam ho jayegi" and even threatens the staff he will shut down the hospital.They don't even share a proper relationship, have known each other for hardly two months and it seems like Aditya's entire life has started revolving around Zoya especially when noor informs Adi that she is not breathing and they camera pans towards Aditya and you can hear his heartbeat slowing down.
I seriously can't imagine the intensity of scenes we will get when these two are actually in love as it is my entire day goes thinking about them only.
