Across the veil separating them,he saw her lying down on the hospital bed..and saw a woman in contrast to the one he always saw before!she was the one who always defended her husband, who always believed in that sham of her marriage...she was the one who always put a brave front before him because she trusted in her love and was sure she was the only one for her hubby!she was the one who was afraid of the truth and had her eyes closed all this while.
But today he saw the real her....She was broken,fragile and disheartened!
He saw a vulnerable woman who just had the ground shaken under her feet, he saw a woman who accepts the reality and is devastated by it...
And he saw a woman who was grateful to him for saving her life...a woman who chose to speak to him and not to her sister...
he saw a woman who wanted to live with reality and not run away from it!!..
And a woman who shares his pain and gives him peace without even knowing about it!
And suddenly he saw the REAL ZOYA SIDDIQUE!!😳
