Hello once again everyone.😊
So Beintehaa was really unique and this is the one show where I have seen such amazing character development with the leads as well as the rest of the cast. This is also the first show where the leads' characters weren't butchered in my opinion and stayed true to themselves throughout the show.
And Beintehaa really delivered some things that has never been on indian television such as Zaya's passionate and yet decent (not vulgar) suhaag raat and Zain's redemption. I can't tell you how happy I was when I saw a female lead not having it in her to forgive the male lead for the mistakes that he's done because even though he is the love of her life, he still has hurt her beyond repair. That is seriously the first time I have seen such a track. And I am thankful to Beintehaa for that.
However, there are some things that Beintehaa haven't shown and even though they are typical things..they are still the things that were on my wishlist as a viewer and an avid fan of the show.
1) Zain's birthday was brought up but never celebrated.😳 When the whole Zubair-Suri plotting against Zaya thing was going on...Aaliya said that she was planning for Zain's birthday with Zubbu that's why they went out alone...and even though in the end Zubbu got busted by Rehan and got kicked out of the house...err Zain's birthday was ignored.😔
2)Aaliya's birthday never popped up. It would have been nice to see Zain planning something special for Aaliya for a change.
3)Zaya's HONEYMOON!! The writers never had that on the cards it seems..as after Barkat left and Rehan came in the picture, they only ever seem to want to torture Zaya.🤢But hey who said a honeymoon has to be all lovey dovey..they could have come up with some drama while they were on honeymoon..
4)I HATE how we never got closure with the Rizwan-Aayat track!! I mean come on, we love zaya but we also want a good story. I remember how much all of us complained that we want them back in the story, I mean there are tons of questions left unanswered! Like was Gauhar's baby Rizwan's or no? If yes then is the baby a girl or a boy? Does Rizyat know that Gauhar's baby is really Rizwan's? And many many other questions. Honestly, had the PH balanced the story properly here between Zaya and other side tracks..I can't help but feel that the show would have had better ratings and wouldn't have been pulled off air. I mean no one can say, it may have made a difference and it may not...but this thought will always be there in the back of my mind.
5)Nafeesa turned out to be pregnant near the end of the show..er did she get a girl or a boy?😕
6)Shalam never got properly grilled by Aaliya for what they have done. This will always infuriate me considering how they were behaving with Zain after the divorce. They treated him like a stranger and they were only singing 'Rehan beta' all the time.🤢
So these are the things that wasn't shown in Beintehaa which I really wanted to see...please let me know if you agree or disagree with me. I would to love to read your opinions.😊 And do share if you there are some things that you wished was shown in Beintehaa that I didn't mention.😃
