Beintehaa is ending. Wow I knew that day was coming..no promos, no repeats, nothing..this was a pattern that I have seen with other shows that Colors have decided to axe. It still feels so surreal and honestly I still can't believe it. I feel the reality hasn't really sunk in yet. I love this show and Harshika more than anything. To some extent, you can even say I am spoiled by Harshika's flawless acting and chemistry. It's going to be very hard for me to watch another show without comparing them to Harshika.
Like the rest of you, I blame the channel for their poor promotional strategies and stupid decision for shifting a youth show to 11 pm! I blame the makers for going through with halala nikaah despite our numerous warnings. I will never watch another show on Colors that's for sure, but honestly I will watch another show by Fortune Productions. Yes they have ruined a beautiful show, but remember that they created that beautiful show as well. We only loved it and hence made it popular but they are the creators. Their only fault is that they didn't listen to the fans sooner when we kept warning and begging them not to show halala as we knew that the show will suffer because of it. So I hope that Fortune Productions have learnt their lesson and will keep that in mind for their future shows.
Farhan Salaruddin..honestly I used to be so proud of this man and I had a lot of respect for him. I still do regard him highly for creating the characters of Zain, Aaliya, Usman and the rest. This was the show with the most amazing assembly I had seen thus far. For the first time, I had loved a supporting character, Usman Abdullah, as much as I loved the leads that too in a love story! So I will always Salute Farhan Sir for that. Yes he is in no way perfect and he did behave rudely to fans when the whole halala drama happened but at this point of time I want to look at all the good things he's done for us rather than the bad ones. Because no matter how much I try to watch other shows with other actors that I liked before Beintehaa, I still can't get the feeling that even today I STILL get when I watch the past episodes.
Zaya..the most realistically and loving couple portrayed in an indian show. There were other couples that I also used to love before but not as much as I love Zaya. These two have an undeniable sizzling chemistry.
They are the first ever leads that were EQUAL. Neither one of them were dominating on the other which again is something very rarely shown on indian television. So again I am thankful to Farhan Sir for this. Zaya were similar yet different, imperfect yet perfect together...it was so refreshing for me to see a couple that were at odds despite being so similar because honestly I was getting tired of the opposites attract formula. Be it their kitkit or their confrontations it all paved way to a passionate love story which was flawlessly portrayed by Harshika.
Aside from the storyline and the characters, another major thing that attracted me to this show is the music! Beintehaa by far is the one show with the best background music, be it romantic or dramatic. The music added another notch to the intensity and depth of the scene. Also, most of the time the makers uses the perfect bollywood music for some scenes. How can I forget Suno na Sangmarmar, Zaroorat, Kabhi Jo Badal, etc.. etc.. :)
Therefore, when I think of all these things and when I watch the old episodes I can't help but choose to overlook all the mistakes that the makers have done and I choose to only look at the amazing things that they have given us.
Zain and Aaliya will always be cherished in our hearts. I will always love them and no one can ever replace them. The show has reached its end and I am glad that I am biding adieu to it with the leads and the love story still intact despite all the chaos that occurred with the halala nikaah. I want to see Harshika as a couple onscreen again and so I will hope for a season 2. :)
There is no indian show out there that doesn't have any glitches in its storyline at some point. But still Beintehaa had a wonderful journey and it was an immense honour for me to watch Zaya's love story blossom and Harshika's growth as actors. :)

Thank you so much Mandy😳 I am really glad you loved it😛That is a very good point that you made..although a lot of butchering has been done and some really illogical tracks had been introduced..at the end of the day we still have a lot of beautiful moments to treasure to remember the show by and like you said this is something that cannot be said about other shows. So we should all be grateful for that.😊
