First of all , I m not sure abt the thing tht comes in my mind few days ago !

So the thing is ,
Whn Zain said Talaq to Alya 3 times in Graveyard , Moulvi Saab said :
"Saying Talaq 3 time in one go is counted as one,& Guy has to say Talaq 3 times at every divorce! So Talaq ll be completed if Guy say Talaq 9 times over all"

Bt whn Zain give 3rd divorce to Alya,He jst said it once & even Molvi Saab wsnt present dere to correct him . So May be Divorce is still not completed !! *HOPE SO*

Basically in Islam you need an iddah period between the three talaq's, therefore when Zain said talaq three times to Aaliya at once, it only counted as one as there was no iddah period in between them. This would be the first talaq, and can't be the first, second and last in one go.

That is what is meant by three talaq's in one go only counts as one. You don't actually have to say talaq three times each time you say it.

I am not a muslim so I don't know much about talaaq but even I feel that there divorce is not fulfilled

I have checked about the procedure of talaaq in many sites every says a different thing that's why I am confused😕 Showing incomplete divorce is a better option than halal but lets see what cvs have planned for us

No he doesnt have to say it 3 times to be honest in reality he doesnt even need to say it.
I also feel that talakh is invalid and ZaYa are still married..I hope and pray its like that and lets not even think about Halala it will only ruin our moods and I'm pakka sure it ain't happening.
