Okay guys, confusion hi confusion.
I am a commerce student.
So we study all about shares and its dealings.
Now, this Barkat group of hotels.
It is hotshot and big in the market right?
Yeh log self financing karte hai kya?
51% Aliya ko, 49% zain and fahad...
Don't they have any shareholders? 😕
Kaisa business hai yeh bhai, ye toh Ambani se bhi amir nikle.. 😆
And as a rule, Zain and Fahad having 2nd majority, can veto out Aliya.
But yeh hoga nai, so chill 😛

arre, it may be.. but they have to be like supper rich right?! Ambani k company meim bhi they have many stakeholders 😆

Omg, yes. Maine debt-equity capita formation pe zyada dhyan hi nai diya 😆
That is one really f**ked up way of financing ur company..
maybe bawdi ki geherayion mein they have lots of cash stored up 😆

The business could be a private limited business, which means that only family or friends invited could get the shares. Obviously funding would be a problem but it is a way to keep the business in the family. And i think it does happen in America.
