I know, i know... lame question... Guess will keep on making some post to get some activity here...😃😃...

Ok.. I am answering the question as No... He is not aware that he is related to them... That has yet to come out..

I voted no option😊 If he is related to Abdullahs here is my silly story...Rehan's mum was pregnant with Usman's child when she got married to grumpy,her family didn't allow her to marry Usman cos he was not rich enough. Grumpy later raised Rehan as his own.Grumpy didn't know about Usman as Rehan's mum kept the identity as a secret. Now Aaliya is living in their house, Rehan's mum will make an entry and get to know about Usman being Aaliya's mamu.

Beintehaa twist and turns have always been different than other serials and i'm happy that they don't copy others .. So don't except ekta twist here 😛
