Am I the only who doesn't agree with Aliya's recent actions?

Believe me, I am no fan of Surraiya, the usual pointless saas in soaps. I am no fan of Shazia or Nafisa or Gauhar.

However, I just feel Aliya has been so stubborn recently.

Usmaan sahab is getting treated by an international medical professional. He is being provided a high standard of care. It's great that she went ahead and suggested an alternative treatment. However, her family didn't agree with this option. Am I the only one who thinks it's just crossing a limit to go behind the entire family's wishes and secretly give her father-in-law this treatment? Would you not be angry if you found out a trusted member of your family was secretly giving questionable medications to a seriously ill member of your family? Particularly a person who can't even move or speak for himself.

The same thing goes for the Ayat/Gauhar/Rizwan scenario. It's one thing to bring the truth out about Rizwan and Gauhar to everyone in the family and prevent her sister's engagement. However, it's a totally different level to become hell-bent on wanting Rizwan and Gauhar married. It's great she protected her sister from potential future pain and heartbreak. But Rizwan and Gauhar are individuals with their own choice. They have the right to decide if they want to get married or how to raise their baby (if there is an actual baby).

I guess I am just not too into seeing another typical female lead who thinks she is always right. And it's obvious why Aliya is the way she is. Her parents are her biggest enablers. They always tell her she is right.

I am glad Aliya did acknowledge her responsibility today in this entire scenario. In the end, I am rooting for Zain and Aliya. I hope they are able to sort everything out and Surraiya's truth is brought out.

nope not just you...all of us here thought that she was being too stubborn and impulsive..and that the she should have listened to Zain. As for the Gauhar drama, yes I think we all wished that she wasn't so hell bent on getting Rizwan married to Gauhar.
But I don't see Aaliya becoming like those typical Female lead. She is not perfect like how some other bahus are portrayed..she does make mistakes and like we saw today she accepts them as well. All of this was needed for her character growth.

And I'm very much excited for tomorrow's episode.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

In my post, I didn't mean to say that Aliya is a typical lead. I just meant that I hope she doesn't become one. Perhaps I am clear now.

I was very pleasantly surprised to hear her admit her mistake today.

I guess they are trying to show that no one is really perfect and everyone makes mistakes...but I'm happy she understands and admits her mistakes to zain and suri...let's just wait and watch to see what happened with Gauhar!!

Aliyah is a complete dumbo... A girl with no mind. Like first she didn't trust gohar at all and now she is leaving every single person in her house. Zain. Ayat, rizwan... And she is trusting that lady.
She needs a brain plastic surgery ... Any specialists here. ??? Please go and I will pay for the costs.

No you aren't the only one.,.. I agree with all your points... I think this track has been written to show that even aaliya can make mistakes...like u said it was nice to see her acknowledge that she did make a mistake... at least she didn't continue being stubborn and say no I am not wrong etc... I am hoping for aaliya to learn a few impt lessons, she is proven to be wrong in RiYat-gauhar case too.

No you are not the only one, we were all upset when Aaliya went against Zain's wishes and proceeded to give Usman medicine while another doctor was treating him. It is why I was so happy to see her owning upto her mistake today, it was refreshing and much needed towards her character growth

As for the Aayat/Rizwan/Gauhar scenario, yes she is wrong to push for Rizwan to marry Gauhar. Aaliya has no right to make decisions on behalf of those three and I am hoping eventually she learns where she is going wrong just like what we saw today.

yeh i agree and for that i feel she really needs to be proven wrong becos if she is proven right she'll never realise her mistake. maybe once she's proven wrong, zain can speak 2 her and make her realise. or maybe knowing aaliya she may realise all on her own
