Suraiya comes to Rizwan and says him that Zain is sad about his and Aayat;s break-up. She manipulates Rizwan against Aaliya and asks him to be with Zain. Rizwan promises he will be with Zain and leaves. Suraiya gives a evil-smile.

Aaliya gives medicine to Usmaan. She is sad as none is ready to believe her; even Zain also refuses to listen to her. She leaves after giving medicine and just then Usmaan moves his hand.

Ghulam is thinking Zain's words and is tensed. Rizwan comes there. Aayat is happy seeing him and wants to go to him but Shabana stops her. He says to Ghulam that Aaliya has some misunderstandings and he has nothing to do with Gauhar. He says he loves Aayat and wants to meet her. But Ghulam refuses and asks him to leave. Both Rizwan and Aayat request Ghulam and Shabana but they are not ready to listen. Ghulam shuts the door.

Zain gets up in the morning and remembers the happenings of last night.

Rizwan calls Aayat and asks her to speak with her parents. Aayat says they are not ready to listen anything. She says she will be with him always.

Shabana notices that Aayat is missing, OTOH Rizwan is also missing. Nafisa gets a message from Rizwan that they are eloping and going to marry. She is shocked. Shaziya starts her drama. Aaliya consoles her. Suraiya accuses Aaliya and says that she forces them to take such a big step.

Aayat is hesitant and asks Rizwan if they are doing the right thing. She says she is tensed about Aaliya and Zain's relationship. Rizwan calls Zain and Aaliya take the call but it gets disconnected. She comes to Zain and asks him if he helped them in eloping. Zain denied. He calls back to Rizwan but finds it unreachable.

Shaziya asks Fahaad to force Rizwan to marry Gauhar. Fahaad refuses and says Rizwan loves Aayat only.

Suraiya finds that Aaliya is giving medicine to Usmaan and gets angry.
