It doesn't necessarily mean that he has to be a grey character if he was originally supposed to be introduced in show to make zain jealous. Zain di get jealous when zubair 1st came n zubair is definitely not a negative character. I think ri8 now, maybe he's just flr a breath of fresh air, the cvs must have realized the viewers have got sick with beedi's plastic face n crocodile tears.😆

Zubbu is a significant cameo...his presence is what gave that much needed push to ZaYa's story... his and aliya's relationship made zain very jealous which lead to the party confrontation which made Aaliya leave for Bhopal otherwise she wouldn't have and it was in Bhopal where the confession happened.
