Beintehaa -Written Update-

Secretary informs Fahaad that the shareholders want to arrange a meeting with Barkat as she she majority shareholder, thus the real owner of the Barkat Empire. Fahaad is sad. Secretary says that he already had a conversation with Usmaan and he permitted for the meeting.
Usmaan and Suraiya are in their room. Fahaad comes there and asks Usmaan why he allowed Barkat to attend the meeting as she does not know anything. Usman agrres that she does not know anything, but he says Barkat will attend the meeting and Fahaad will help her. Fahaad gets angry on this. He says he worked hard for the benefit of this company and now he has to tolerate all this. He is much disappointed. He also says that all other family member's rights are lessened after Barkat's entrance. He asked Usmaan the reason of making such Will. He asks for Parition.
Barkat overhears all this conversation and gets happy.
Fahaad leaves. Suraiya and Usmaan both are sad. Aliya also overhears this and gets sad.
Both Suraiya and Barkat convince Aaliya not to tell anything to Zain. Aaliya agrees.
In the next morning, Aaliya asks Fahaad if Barkat came to him last night to speak. Fahaad informs her that Barkat didn't come to him. Aaliya suspects something is fishy. She then tries to convince Fahaad. But he is not ready to listen her. He says he is doing this for a secure future of his children. He then gets a call from his lawyer who informs him that Mir Khan hires Patel and Patel law firm to get bail. Aaliya remembers of Barkat getting call from Patel and Patel law firm. Fahad says that law firm fights for rich people and how did Mir Khan get so much money. Lawyer informs he does not know about that. Fahad asks him to fight their case and send Mir Khan back in jail.
Aaliya think Barkat's getting a call from them cannot be a mere coincidence. She decides to bring the true face of Barkat in front of everyone.
Barkat is on phone, telling Mir Khan that tomorrow his bail will be executed. Aaliya come there. Barkat sees her and cuts the call. Aaliya asks why she suddenly cut the call. BArkat replies it was her friend. Aaliya asks her if she spoke to Fahaad. Barkat says she tried to convince Fahaad but he did not agree. Aaliya says Fahaad told that he did not speak to her. Barkat says she thought she won't believe her, so she lied. Aaliya says she would have told directly that she did not speak to Fahad. Barkat says she would have directly asked why not she spoke. Aaliya then asks about Patel and Patel law firm and about Mir Khan's bail. Barkat says she doesn't know anything about it.
Zain and Aaliya are having ice-cream from a roadside shop. Aliya asks him if he can spend his life in a simple way. Zain is surprised on hearing this. He asks why she is thinking about leaving the house again. Aaliya asks if she asks him to give his share in the property to Fahad. Zain says he can give his life for Fahaad, and he knows that Fahaad will do the same to him. Aaliya informs Zain that last night Fahaad demanded partition from Usman.
Precap- Zain gives his share in the property to fahaad. Usmman signed the partition papers. Shaziya, Nafisa and Barkat are happy.
