How to? Help with posts.

Okay, so I only joined india forums two months ago for ZaYa, and have seen all these amazing posts with pictures and sparkly banners and soo many Gif's in the signature.

If Someone can let me know how to add Gif's and pictures in my losts would be awesome. I have a few ideas of posts but the require pictures and I dunno how to include them into my posts
