Just curious, why do you think Barkat is named after? Usually the house is named afrer the family. Is that some kind of sumbolism for the future?

^^barkat means prosperity or flourish just as akky mentioned...
I feel its a name given becos of the meaning behind barkat...so like "may barkat always remain in this barkat villa..." -- something like that...
