u have to cross 2500 posts to become a dazzler n u have to cross 4500 posts to become a rockerz i.e. u have to comment or post that many times

First you have to enable Video Avatars.

For that:

1. Go to My Dashboard-->Update Profile-->Preferences.

2. Select 'Yes' for 'Enable Video Avatars+ Banner Signatures'

3. Go to Signatures.

4. Copy the URL of any image and paste it in the signature box in the following format:

[IMG]URL[/IMG]

5. Submit.

And your work is done.

To set GIFS as your DP go to preferences tab and paste the image URL in the last address box without the [IMG] thing.
