Behenein August 19th Written Update (Detailed Below)
- Akaashi thanks Shamaldas for dressing up, and gives him the proper forms to learn how to drive
- Mihir comes to Purva and tells her he's happy to have her back, and Purva begins to apologize for doing all that, but Mihir tells her everything happens for the best and they hug.
- Aastha (Smriti) is taking care of Prem, telling him to never forget his mother, when Anokhi comes and threatens to tell everyone the truth that Aastha is actually Smriti.
- Anokhi comes downstairs and tells everyone that she has to tell them something about Aastha.
- But before she can say the truth, Aastha tells everyone that she's getting married to Karan.
- Shamaldas and his driving lessons, where he beats up the driving instructor hehe =D
- Aastha apologizes to Karan, back in her room upstairs, for telling everyone that they are getting married, and Karan tells her that he's willing to wait for her because she's going to have to get married to him eventually'
- Precap: Karan assures Anokhi that he will take care of Smriti and his Aaastha, very well and not to worry about her.
August 19th Written Update (Detailed)
Hi everyone! This is my first time writing a written update, so I hope you all are ok with it J Also, my hindi in some parts is not so great, so I apologize ahead of time.
Part One:
The episode starts off with Akaashi saying Thank You to Shamaldas, and he doesn't understand. So she explains that she is thanking him for listening to her and wearing the nice suit and going with her, rather than dressing in his usual attire. Akasshi says that even before she could do anything, he messed up their work, but still she wants to say thanks to him for at least trying and says shukriya.
Shamal asks her why she's thanking a janwar, and she looks confused. And he says, you don't know why I said this? Hold on let me show you. And he pulls out the form for learning to drive where instead of filling it up properly, Akaashi writes Jaahil in the spot for name, Janwar in the place for male/female, and in the spot for the studies and qualifications, she writes Anghuta Chap (I don't know what that is'sorry).
But I didn't write anything wrong, she says. You are a Jaahil, Janwar, and an Anghuta Chap. And he asks, see you called me a janwar, and why did you need to take help from a Janwar?
She answers that sometimes even animals are useful 😆 hehe I love her sometimes J
He says to her that nowadays even her actions aren't any better than an animal and she responds that it's the result of being around him
He tells her that if it weren't for his Baa, than he would teach her a lesson. But she tells him to Stop and hands him a properly filled out form, saying that she messed the form up the first time, but she filled it out perfectly this time around. "Ek dhum barobar che" she says in his language love this part J And he says thank ooo and leaves Must watch part! It's hilarious
Purva is adjusting something on the dressing table and turns around to find Mihir standing behind her. She asks him if he hasn't gone to office, and he comes closer and shakes his head, saying that today, he doesn't want to go anywhere. He just wants to thank God that he got his Purva back. Purva begins to apologize, but he puts his hand on her cheek and says, Purva no need to apologize. The past few days have been troublesome for you as even thought you were with me physically, you were here, you weren't with me mentally, emotionally. "Mere saath hothe hue bhi, mere saath nahin thi" But look, now the bad times are over and it's good that the truth has come out in front of everyone [poor Mihir'he doesn't know that no truth is out yet'the hungama is just starting hehe!]Mihir continues that whatever happens only happens for the best, and that their relationship was being put to the test. But promise me Purva, that now no one will come between us. I can't even tell you how important you are in my life. Purva smiles and holding his hand says that some say that want turns to love and the love turns to trust, but in our case that's not what happened. We learned to trust each other first, and then began to love one another. And because our love was founded on trust, our relationship was saved from the storms. [poor them'don't know any of the truth]
She continues to apologize telling him that her hope that Smriti was alive was so great that she couldn't stop herself.
And Mihir puts a finger on her lips, and smiling says I Love You. [treat to watch for all Mihir Purva Fans]
Eye-Lock Moment. Her blushing him smiling. [Awww..again for the Mihir Purva fans]
And today let's make a promise that we won't let anyone come between us, that we won't hide anything from each other, that we'll always be there for each other.
And she says, I promise. And hugging time!

On the Other side, Smriti is playing with Prem, dressing him up saying how cute he's looking, because his mom got him ready. She continues saying that maybe after today, they'll never see each other again, but your mom will also pray for you. Be happy, but don't forget your mother.
Anokhi stands there and says whats the matter Di, you started crying just thinking about Prem. And Smriti quickly wipes away her tears and says I'm not worried at all about Prem because I know that no one can take better care of him than Purva Di. And she says thanks to Anokhi for listening to her and not saying the truth to everyone the day before.
And Anokhi looks at her and says that a whole night passed between yesterday and today, and says that what she didn't do yesterday, she's going to do today. Purva di is going to get all three of her sisters back today.And Smriti gets all worried and says Didn't I explain everything to you yesterday? And Anokhi responds that yesterday you forced me to listen and I did, but I didn't realize that we weren't thinking about your happiness. That you have to be separated from Prem, from your son, your family, your past, your own people. That you have to give everything up. And Smriti comes and tries to explain that her happiness lies in Purva's happiness, that Purva ruined her own life for Smriti's family, for Smriti's son. She didn't even think once about her own happiness. If Purva di finds out that I'm Smriti, then she won't even stay in this house for a minute longer.
Anokhi continues that it's not fair that Prem doesn't get his mother's love while Smriti says that Prem gets the love of two mothers like Krishna, with Purva being like Yashoda, If the truth comes out, the peace in this house will be completely destroyed. Anokhi doesn't listen and goes downstairs, where everyone is eating happily at the dining table, and says that she has to tell everyone something.Smriti runs behind her, trying to stop her, but Anokhi pkeeps pushing her away. And Smriti looks at her and tells her that this is a truth of her life, so she wants to tell everyone. And she sees the mangal sutra on Purva's neck and she tells everyone that her and Karan are getting married.
Anokhi and Karan just stand there looking confused, while Purva, Mihir and Kamini all look happy Karan just says that him and Aastha had decided this only last night and wanted to tell everyone in the morning, and Aastha looks proud of him, smiling that he is going along with her words.
Part Two:
Shamaldas in standing in front of the mirror, fixing his hair and singing when Akaashi walks in. And Shamal tells her that he's going to learn how to drive a taxi in one day'and only one day! Hehe he's pretty confident in himself
Shamal goes to the driving instructor (who seems like a little crazy person to me 😆) and tells him that he wants to learn how to drive in only one day.And so Shamal sits in the car and the driver tells him to turn the car on, but he doesn't know how to do it!
The instructor gets really mean and annoyed, saying where do these people come from? It's better if you learn to ride a bicycle. And Shamal is getting mad. And the instructor continues to say mean things, until finally Shamal gets out of the car and grabs the instructor, yelling at him and scaring him completely. Until the instructor literally touches his feet begging him to let him go 😆 very funny part!
Part Three:
Back at the mansion. Smriti looking out the window, when Karan comes in and says I don't know what to say. You surprised me by mentioning the wedding in front of everyone.
And Smriti turns around and says, I hurt you and your wishes, and Karan looks devastated, and Smriti continues, saying that whatever she said downstairs wasn't true. It was all a fake act. I didn't want to hurt you, but I didn't have any other option. She continues to apologize to him, and he holds her by the shoulders, telling her that he doesn't want to see her cry.
He understands in what conditions she took this decision, being amongst her own people but not being able to disclose her identity, making such big sacrifices for Mihir and Purva.
And Karan tells her that he loves her a lot, but never had the courage to actually tell Smriti (Aashta) and when she mentioned the marriage in front of everyone, he thought she accepted him.
And she gets sad and says now you're mad at me right? After finding out that this was all a lie? But Karan responds that as much as he used to love her before, he respects her even more now. Karan says that he's an optimistic person and knows for sure that one day, her no might turn to a yes.
Precap: Karan reassures Anokhi that he'll take care of her sister.
Comments: I don't know how many of you might enjoy this, but hey I have some thoughts on thiss. I love Karan. He seems like an amazingly sweet guy, and just very understanding. And I actually want to see the Karan Smriti Jodi happen. And I LOVE Akaashi and Shamaldas. They are completely entertaining and make the episodes fun!
Hmm. Today, the Mihir Purva scene was sweet, but I loved that Akaashi and Shamal seem to be slightly getting along!
