Manik comes outside akashi asks her if she gave gomti kaki the medicine manik tells her that mom took her medicine by herself and promises to akashi to give the meds. On time tomorrow Akashi smiles and is surprised that gomti kaki took the meds. By herself as she doesn't even know which one to take'she goes to see'gomti kaki in the other hand is looking at the (discharge paper I assume) paper and says the fees of the doctor and hospital is so much and that she wonders how long will the meds. Last'just then Akashi enters and says ok so you lied to manik about taking you pills youself'gomti kaki says how can I take all these expensive medicine when I know that we can't afford this foreign treatments and meds. Mihir looks at purva but then opens the luggage zipper and puts something inside'purva looks up and says mihir can't we go back to the way it used to be mihir says we have come too far now to go back'he says that he won't force her but will wait for her to feel the same way about her'and turns to leave'Akashi is talking on the phone(to anokhi I guess) and informs her that mihir and purva have won vacation tickets and they will be leaving tonight so she says come here fast so that we can see them off before they go'just then someone comes at the door and calls for shamar'shamar comes and tells him that he won't be gambling tonight his friend tells him that he isn't gambling either he just came to give his car(taxi) to him to look after shamar asks since when did you start driving a cab.
