I think Laakhan can b Sarkaar 1) he saved Bindiya 2) bring Komal against Dadda 3) raised emotions in Bindiya for family 4) Bindiya wants Laakham,so he plot love triangle 3) hit badi amma 5) haveli run out of paisa 6) Bindiya loves guddi's child n only Laakhan knows where guddi is 7) stoppin mithilesh for kidnappin others on d contrary why wud he kidnap his dad n manchita against him these two points r contradiction! Lakhan cant be Sarkar. Why would he have his own father kidnapped? This doesnt make sense. I think Komal screamed out his name for help. There's no way Lakhan can be Sarkar because Sarkar wants to destroy the Thakur family and Lakhan is trying so hard to save this family.

laakhan's biggest point is his love for poonam.if he has promised poonam he wont let any harm to come to family he wont let it..to badi amma ko pitana guddi ka bachha gidana n all cant b his deed he cant b sarkar but lets see precap kya indicate kar ri hai.
