Even I heard Ekta coming with 4 new shows..but apart from PR and Bairi Piya..none of her shows r doing well...so if she is planning to come up with new shows on sony or imagine then better she drops this idea before balaji becomes bankrupt😆

And yeah its sad that TV Industry is going back to the age old saas-bahu..jehani-devrani..two brothers falling for one girl type of dramas in the name of trps

And yeah Sony's revamp was a huge flop😆..they thought they will create Jassi magic with bhaskar bharti..but it never happened😆😆..their Palampur Express got derailed too😆..Rani Padmini came and went😆..rest I don't even remember🤣...basic problem with sony is that they r not understanding the pulse of the audience and just introducing random shows..even their emotional dramas like BDT and PKB r not working..so there is some serious problem..viewers don't hv faith on Sony anymore..they prefer watching Laados and Uttarans over PKB and BDT...Sony needs to rethink whats going wrong with their business sense🤓

I heard her new shows are all for star plus, star is planning a revamp now they r sending their shows off one by one. and I guess they think only ekta can create the magic, and all sort of twists drama to get the trp's. like she did make pavitra rishta the #1 show when no one expected it.

ya sony tried to inlude all these modern centric shows, but they don't knwo that Indian audiences want to go back in time😆, and not move away from the drama, saas bahu things😆 then they inro this PKB, betaab, jeet jayengem now this another so called social show, godhbarai😆 but even this not working

I think the problem with sony is, that it has turned it's self into a male centric channel, all these cid's aahat's thrillers, and that vulgar comedy circus😆. at first I thought sony might not have a good reach, but then if CID can get a of 3.4, it means that people do know about the channel😆 it's just that maybe most of them are just males😆. even imagine's fictions are doing much better.

That a very important point Gur..yes none of the housewives/teenagers/aunties switch to Sony channels😆...CID got them the trps but at the same time it ruined the channel too😉😆..in fact Sony's reality shows also do well..they r coming up with new season of Indian Idol and it will definitely get trps...they r only suffering with their fiction shows

Rahul's swayambar again did it for Imagine which newly launched fiction shows could not do😆😆...

both Sony and Imagine r heavily counting on these reality shows now..because for fiction shows people r more interested in Star,Zee and Colors..

And its strange Ekta again patching up with Star with whom she had a huge spat after they ended Kyunki and Kahaani abruptly😕...even now her kis desh..and tujh sang... shows got axed and their fans r still shouting "die star die"😆😆😆..It proves Ekta too can compromise for success..On the other hand star plus had to make up with Ekta sinse Rajan Shahi shows r now losing their charm slowly..Star getting huge jhatkas from Zee and Colors shows..so they r ready to fall on Tika mai's feet again😆

In this rat race where will this sony's new s how stand🤣...

yea non fiction is both helping sony but also turning away viewers as well.
it's like SAB, people would just expect comedy shows from that channel, and from sony they would just expect some thrillers or reality shows, especially this yrf venture they have taken, before i was thinking yrf bought sony or something😆

yea looks like ekta has forgiven the channel, but I doubt if the audiences will😆 ya bidaii especially it's loosing charm fast, and i'm 100% sure that bidaii will go off air this year. and all this other shows on star right now expect yeh rishta, they will go off air as well. becuase star is really loosing ir right now, even single show they have launched expect bidaai and yeh rista, has fared badly.

well I just hope that sony is naye show ko apni godh mein lekar baitha rahe, atleast for few months😆😆

recently I was surprised to see Sab doing extremely well ..I guess that ulta chasma and Daya ben's serial did the trick for Sab😆😆...they r sticking mostly to comedies ..so Its doing well...mayb Sony should only stick to CID and crime petrol type shows for donig well now🤔..This Godh bharai is definitely not remaining in Sony's Godh for long time🤣...

Bidaai these days is all about romance and romance..but still trps r down😲..clear indication that "die star plus die" curse is spelling its magic now😆..I can see soon star becoming sony part 2😆😆..Imagine will always remain a wannabe😆

well i'll end with this topic's purpose, baytaab has a very bleak future, if it doesn't end in the next few months then it will end by the year end. and I think this new show will come after IPL only. maybe there is slot change for baytaab, but I doubt if sony would want to launch their new show at a slot which is soo competitive with uttaran airing.
