We are most welcome to discuss topics in the show, but dwelling upon it too much and relating it to the real world... you can't forget that despite we see things so realistically such as the chemistry of SV/AD, the show itself isnt real and we have to take this into account. Since when has any serial who has attempted to 'relate to the average person' fully went thru with their promise?? 😛 But Dulhann doesnt fit that category, i'm just giving an example... i dont think Divya has realised yet the magnitude of the agreement she has made.. or has she? Pata nahin, but both will realise things very soon...

Ya I think she had a feeling Kam likes Sam before she left Delhi. But when she heard Kamna talking abt the boy she likes, she probably thought it's someone else.

Yeah.. so she is not really coming the way of someone else's love.. In A and Bindya's case she thought she was that's why she stepped back. In this case Kamna has not blamed it all on her yet so she does not know if Sam and Kam like each other.

I never said I liked her decision about marrying Sam. That is why I started this thread.
I tried to console myself by thinking
a. She is in a vulnerable state. She is very emotional and is not thinking through. She made a hasty decision. Human beings do make mistakes and that's how they learn!
b. I tried to point out numerous times that she will regret her decision. She will think about A all the time.
c. Given the huge difference in AD's backgrounds, something like this would make D realize love transcends beyond these social economical boundaries. She will realize what a mistake she is about to make. This actually will reveal her true feelings for A to herself—she was in denial first, remember…this girl is in shaky grounds ..and one can cut her some slacks!

So this whole marriage thing is just to make A's entry more grand, and D's realization of her true feelings for A.

I never thought D is weak, stupid, inconsistent, immoral and what not...and BMTD creatives are feeding crap to us….they are far from reality…etc.

My point was this is a TV show. Reincarnation usually do not happen in real life. Baba's prediction about future comes true word for word while they can say nothing about the past...If one can accept that, than accepting this decision of Divz shouldn't be that difficult…

This has been a great show considering the entertainment side only. And the creative team kept us more or less entertained which is quite hard to do for a show that airs 5 days a week...If you have been a regular in IF, you would know I critique the show mercilessly but never sarcastically…never forgetting that THIS IS A TV SHOW FOR GENERAL ENTERTAINMENT ONLY…

I do not refute people's arguments for the sake of fun and never term them silly...We are all fans of SD/SV/AD/BMTD and we take IF discussions seriously...we spend a lot of time here to talk about the show...not to kill time or entertain ourselves by critiqing people's views...

Please do not make hasty generalizations...Thank you...
