What he did in today's episode wasn't wrong whatsoever. If someone did that to my family, I know I would react like that...wouldn't you? In Amar's eyes, she's a foreigner who doesn't have feelings...he loved her bahut bahut bahut, but the way she insulted him...and all the trashy stuff she said to him, he surely did feel like dirt..and...and...I know that no matter how poor me and my family is, I wouldn't let someone who insults me in that manner pay for my brother's operation. It'll just make me feel worse about our status and position.

So the way Amar reacted was completely natural. I must say he was a bit too angry but uska response jaais tha. What say?

Well, what you say shows the 'reasons' for Amar's decision but not whether it's right or wrong!

Since we're all different people, we all have different ways of reacting in such a situation. Although your reasons make sense, to me that's only justification, not proof that his actions were right! I still believe what he did was wrong. True, it was a hurried decision and not something we should hold against him forever. It may be forgivable, but it's still wrong (my opinion)!

Annu, there's no doubt that Divya hurt Amar a lot, and he has a justification to be upset and angry, but to risk the life of your brother because of this? Yes, we have our pride and dignity, and what we believe in, and I know it definitely isn't easy to accept this much money from someone, but to delay the tests on Chintoo and everything... that decision was wrong. Like Sravi said, it's forgivable and I'm sure he'll realise his mistake, but to do that in the spur of the moment.. not a very good decision. But we do have our own viewpoints! 😛

Ammu didi, stopping the tests was utterly unacceptable and unwise. It was hurried and everything, since he doesn't have any other way of getting the money...other than selling his house...so I guess he shouldn't have. But it's not wrong to say no to someone who's already insulted. What if they do it again, after the money has been used? What if they take advantage of the fact that they lent the money? Divya of couse, won't do that...but just in case...that's how Amar feels,in my opinion.

And like you said, different people feel differently.

All this is Bindiya's fault.😡😛

Hehe, it's okay Annu! You don't have to write it separately...I took it as your opinion😛

I'm sorry if my opinion sounds a bit harsh, but I feel really strongly about this. I'm kind of tired of serials portraying such characters - always picking pride over love. Don't get me wrong - I love Amar, but today, he reaaaally disappointed me!

I think I would have liked it if he let the operation go through and then went to Divya and "coldly" told her that her money will be paid back with interest!! No dignity lost and a brother's health gained - isn't that much easier and more sensible?😛

Yes Srav..it would be a better thing...and no, it didn't sound harsh...just like a strong opinion.
it's perfectly alright for him to dissapoint you. I am sort of split minded about everything and never sure of who's side I should take, so I posted what I though AMar would be feeling about all this.
Yes, the interests and loan thing would have been better. Amar would seem sensible. But no...his dimwit-ness has returned. 😛 As I said beofre, all because of Bandariya...as Reema didi calls her. 😆

Huh? I'm confused!😕 But maybe..just maybe, he'll use the money for operation and go along with the idea of the loan and interests like you mentioned.
