Rajeev is worried about the baby, and tries to wake Mahua up to leave, but Mahua is too weak. He grabs the baby and tries to leave but sees Sindoora in the hallway. He thinks to himself how can he save the baby since Sindoora can do anything. He switches the baby. (The other baby is too dark to be Mahua or Rajeev's kid, but Sindoora seems convinced)
Rajeev asks his son to forgive him, and realizes that Sindoora has walked away with the other baby. He follows her, and says that he knows about the prediction. He pleads with Sindoora to spare the life of the baby. Sindoora says that on one condition. Rajeev and Mahua have to let her bring up the child. Sindoora names the kid Samrat and says that this kid will grow up under her shadow, and the mother and father will have no say or she will not keep her promise to spare the life of the kid.
Rajeev agrees, and thinks to himself that this happiness of Sindoora is only momentary, as the person to take revenge has already been born.
Sindoora takes the baby inside and Rajeev mentally asks for forgiveness. He says that on the side, he will meet with the other people and raise his son. The people, but have already left, and he tries to find them. The nurse says that they have left. She says she heard they were from Benares.
* 8 Years Later *
Some people are urging Sindoora to run politically and she consults the priest and after he agrees she says she will think about it. Chacha and Chachi come with a girl. Chinu and Shalu are missing after an accident. They gave birth to a girl. Chacha and Chachi says that they have no where else to go.
Sindoora doesn't want to give a bad impression, so she agrees.
In the night she walks towards the room of Saagar and Vidya and hears their voices, and runs away disturbed.
* 21 Years Later *
Sindoora has become a big political candidate. Everyone is talking about the greatness. Sindoora is giving out the food to the needy. One of them grabs her hand, and everyone is shocked.
It is Aniket, and Sindoora and Aniket stare at each other.
