Recap: sagar finds out that vidya is pregnant and surprisingly he is very happy and excited. Vidya on the other hand still thinking that sagar doesn't want the child leaves the house being scared of the fact that sagar might ask her to abort the baby. Sagar along with sindoora tries to look for vidya but don't find her anywhere.
Sagar still stands there thinking to himself where could vidya be. He than walks up to his room and all of the sudden he thinks maybe vidya went to shalu's. He picks up the phone and dials chinu's number. Chinu on the other end picks up the phone and sagar doesn't make it obvious as to why he is calling. Chinu ends up asking sagar how is everyone at home including vidya. Sagar on hearing that again is disappointed that vidya cant be with them. He talks to chinu for a minute and than hangs up. He sits on his bed still thinking and than suddenly gets up and opens the closet door and starts looking for something. After few minutes of searching he finally finds what he is looking for. He was looking for Radha's contact information that he saw vidya put in one of her bags in the closet. He dials Radha's number hoping that vidya would be with Radha and Sanju. He calls up Radha and is again disappointed to know that vidya is not there either. He gets frustrated and again starts thinking where could she be.
In the next scene vidya is shown sleeping in an unfamiliar room. She moves and puts her hand on her head and gets up and looks shocked as she opens her eyes. She looks around the room that she has never seen in her life before and than she notices her clothes and notices that they are not the same clothes that she was wearing when she left the house. She wonders to herself where she is and whose house is it because last thing she remembers is that she was sitting on a bench near some street trying to think of where to go. As she is thinking this to herself the door to her room opens and someone walks in. Vidya is first scared as she looks towards the door wondering who it could be but than she sees the familiar face and looks surprised. She sees the nurse that she met when sagar took her to the hospital and she found out that she was pregnant. Vidya just keeps staring at her as she comes and sits on the bed beside her and says "finally tumhey hosh ah gaya……kal se behosh pari ho" Vidya just keeps looking at her as she talks. The nurse fixes vidya's hair and says "accha ab yeh btao tum akeli uss sadak pe kya kar rahi thi"
Vidya: main sadak pay…….lekin tum
Nurse: Naina…….Mera naam Naina hai
Vidya: Naina tum mujhey yahan lay kay ayi
Naina: aur nahi toh kya…….tum sardi se sadak pe behosh pari thi woh toh accha hua kay main wahan se ghuzri aur tumhey pehchan liya warna pata nahi tumhey kaoun utha kay lay jata itnay log thay wahan surrounding you aur waisey bhi pregnancy main aisey tum kyun bahar sardi main akeli…….mujhey toh kucch samaj nahi aya
Vidya hearing that gets worried as she touches her stomach but Naina assures her that her baby is fine but she should be careful in future. She also asks her contact number of her family members so she can tell them that vidya is fine and they can come and get her. Vidya as she hears that starts crying and Naina looks surprised because she doesn't know why Vidya is crying so she asks her. Vidya as she cries tells her the whole story and Naina looks depressed hearing her story. But vidya than wipes her tears and says "par tum fikar mat karo main jald hi yahan se chali jaon gi and figure out what I should do"
Naina hears that and thinks to herself about the conversation she had with vidya in the hospital and thinks to herself that no way is this girl capable of doing something on her own and that to during pregnancy. She first tries to convince vidya that she should call back home but vidya doesn't agree and gets really tensed. So Naina gives up and says "accha baba mat karo ghar phone but kahin janey ki baat bhi mat karo……main yahan akeli jaan rehti hoon iss ghar main aur sara din hospital main rehti hoon tum chaho toh yahan reh sakti ho jab tak tumhey samaj na aye kay tumhey kya karna hai" Vidya just stares at Naina as she said that and doesn't know what to say. Naina smiles and says "fikar mat karo main koi buri insan nahi you are safe here" saying that she leaves the room to go get something for vidya to eat as vidya just sits there thinking something to herself.
Next day back at Singh house sagar's dad is still very upset with sagar and wont talk to him. It is now night and sagar after changing starts walking towards his bed and he notices vidya's bangles on the bangles stand in front of the mirror. He walks up to the mirror and runs his hand through the bangles as he looks very sad and than notices vidya's earring sitting next to the bangle stand. He picks up the earring and looks at it as he looks hopeless and than immediately puts it back and goes and sits on the bed. He looks towards vidya's side of the bed and than touches her pillow but than spots something underneath the pillow. He picks up the pillow and sees the ipod that he had gifted vidya and than recalls vidya saying that she feels that every romantic song she has heard she feels that it was written for them. As hopeless that he is he listens to every song vidya has on the ipod and just sits there as he takes every word in and its meaning.
The next scene is about four months later. Sagar has still not found vidya, he tried every possible way to find her but still he doesn't know where she is. The last four months have been torture for sagar because not only is he away from vidya but also his dad has not said a single word to him and doesn't even stay long in the room that sagar enters. Vidya's mom and chachi also blame sagar for vidya's disappearance. Chachi more than anyone because she is the only one who knows that vidya is pregnant. Vidya's mom and sagar's dad are still unaware of the fact that vidya is pregnant. Chachi on request of sagar didn't tell anyone because sagar told her that if his dad found out he is scared that health might suffer. Anyways sagar is sitting in his office working on something when he calls for his secretary but doesn't hear a response so he again calls for her and still no response. He gets angry and goes outside so he can yell at her but when he goes outside he doesn't find her at her desk he gets more angry now and looks around and sees her talking to one of the workers on the other desk. He in anger starts walking towards them and is ready to yell at them for not working but he stops when he hears what they are talking about. Two of the workers have a newspaper in hand and are reading something smiling to themselves.
First girl pointing at the newspaper says "yeh dekh I like this one" The second girl looks at her and says "tuhi par kya likha hai"
The first girl looks at it and reads
"Lakh pardon mein rahoon baid meray kholti hai, yeh shayari sach bolti hai

The second girl on hearing that says "haan accha hai but I still like the other one its short and straight to the point." Sagar just stands there listing to their conversation.
First girl: the one which said that jeeti hoon tumhara naam lay kay marney kay baad kya hoga, utha kay dekh lena mera kafan hothon pay tumhara naam hoga
Sagar's expression change upon hearing the girl say that and thinks to himself why did those lines sound so familiar, he is thinking to himself when he hears the girls again talking
First girl: tum nay notice kya hai kay the two words "tumharey naam ya tumhara naam" show up in this poet's every sher
Hearing the girl say that sagar immediately remembers that vidya had read the second sher to him and he made fun of her telling her to get original and not write everything about his name. He immediately runs up to the girls. And the girls get scared as they stand up because they think that sagar is going to yell at them. Sagar grabs the paper out of the girl's hands and reads it himself and than smiles as he looks at the paper and says "vidya!!!!" He than runs out of the office as the girls just stand there wondering what happened. He goes to the newspaper office to find out who writes the poetry for them hoping that he is going to find vidya. As he goes there he asks the lady in the office and she tells him that the author is anonymous but she only comes on the days to pick up her pay check and drop her new work and than she tells him that its his lucky day because today happens to be her pay day and she should be coming there any minute. Sagar hearing that smiles to himself and decides to wait there and asks the lady to tell him when she is there. Sagar sits there waiting for her for almost an hour when Naina finally walks in and drops the work up and grabs the pay check and leaves and the lady comes and tells sagar that it was her. He first can't believe it and thinks how could she get vidya's work and than runs after her to find out the whole story. He sees her getting in to the car and driving off. He yells out to her to try to stop her but she doesn't hear him. So he gets into his car and follows her car. Naina stops in front of her house and goes in. Sagar who was far behind spots Naina's car and stops he looks towards the house and thinks if he should go knock on the door or not. He parks his car and walks up to the house and knocks on the door. He knocks twice when finally Naina opens the door and just stares at sagar because she recognizes him from the pictures that vidya has of his. He keeps looking at Naina trying to figure out how to ask her. He was about to say something when six month pregnant vidya walks out of one of the rooms saying "kaun hai Naina" Sagar is shocked and happy to see vidya. He first looks at vidya's six month pregnant stomach and than looks at her face as she is busy reading something. She finally lifts her eyes and looks towards the door and is shocked to see sagar standing there.
