SD ready to go the Om Shanti route - Page 4

^Unfortunatly, the track has been approved 100% beause the director and D told Meera di that there will be a 20yr leap and reincarnation track to follow. And to add to that, the promo where supposidly SV are dead has come out.

I too am actually beginning to see the positives of this new track. At first I was absolutely against it but there can be many good changes. For one, both S and V will be more modern (especially the hair should be all sexy...), we get to see a new side of S and V, the story will be fresh and new and bring about several changes, and I hope, both SV can portray their characters even better (is that possible?) as MAYBE S can be more arrogant and rude to some extent but still be loving and sensative like the old S, and V will be able to act a little bit more like herself (D).

The ONLY things I ask is that both S and V keep their names, and the story, reincarnation, begins when SV are in college and gradually fall for each other. And of course, once SV marry and remember their past, we better see those SV scenes we'd been deprived of for ages.

Om Shanti Om....it worked for TV but would it work for a drama series?
There have been many many leaps in many many dramas....I was hoping they wouldn't show that in Dulhaan because it really makes the story go down from where it was heading in the first place.
S and D are not leaving BMTD and neither is anyone else...leaps happen usually when some character wants to leave and sometimes they leave after the leap as they don't want to play someone older.
I don't know why in order to modernize S and V, they have to go through the whole rebirth and reincarnation mode. It's really not believable, and also, there are many many other ways to make S and V more modern.
I'm sorry guys, but I thought that the creatives would show Sindoora finally getting caught and having us see how evil doesn't win at the end and good does. But instead, good dies and evil has won....and while it'll be 20 glorious years of Sindoora enjoying her newfound wealth and property (wait, how could she since last week Sagar, Vidya and Chinu got her to sign the property back to Sagar when they sneaked some form into the stack of papers she was signing, so how does she win again here?) and good has to be REBORN and take 20 years to grow up??? And what will happen to Aniket? Like others have mentioned here, he'll ROT in jail for that whole time? Oh gosh, please.

I think what Zee and the creatives could have done is they could show that the dead bodies in the promo look like S and V and that they are dead, but the twist is that they aren't actually dead...they decided to lead a new life in another area far away from Sindoora, where they learn how to live a more modern like life (isn't Sagar already modern anyway, so what's really there to change other then his hair??)and have children....you know? I just think waiting 20 years for evil to be overcome by good is ridiculous. They need to develop a story line that is original and has nothing to do with a movie concept or copying of other serials. It's ridiculous...especially where they are leaving behind other stories that still need to be solved, like Sameer and Aniket.

Nowhere does it say on the internet or any article that they are 100% sure about this reincarnation thing and are doing it. They are in the process...ugh. I feel so disheartened to see that Sindoora won...

BTW, I'm sick of Sindoora's hairstyle...they should pull her hair back some. Either that or it's a wig and she can't really move it around in a ponytail or anything else.
