sagar along with rathod is on his way....bharat keeps that cell in his pocket and closes the elmira...the whole lot enters...sagar tells aniket that they are investigating his case...
they start searching each and every corner of the room...when his men doesnt find anything in the elmira...sin is shocked...rathod decides to go in some other room...sin says that they shud do thorough checking...they shud take their time...rathod says that nothing is here...
sin wonders where is that phone...gayatri gazes at her and then goes....everybody leave...bharat also goes and aniket wonders if sin is upset becoz of that cell phone which is now in bharat's pocket...
everybody is in the hall...vidya also comes down..seeing vidya's sad face...sagar says that he knows she is feeling bad becoz of this search work....vidya says that its very imp also...
he makes vidya sit down and then goes away with rathod...bharat comes and asks sin if he can go to his tutions...sin gives him her permission...he enters aniket's room to take his books...
aniket falls on the ground...and bharat tries and help him...in the process aniket tries to take that cell...

chinu sees him and makes aniket lie on the bed again..he is unable to take that cell out...chinu goes to take water for him...bharat says that he has to leave...
in the hall...rathod tells sagar that he didnt get anything...sagar asks gayatri to take vidya in the room...she needs rest...rathod says that he wud def. find some proof...
he goes and bharat comes down...the cell starts ringing...rathod stops...bharat takes out that cell and sin is shocked to see that cell in bharat's hands...sin takes that cell and asks where did he get this cell...
bharat says he knows nothing...he got this in aniket's elmira...sin says that its very strange...she never saw him with a cell...rathod says that he wants to see that cell...sin say that sometimes becoz of work...he keeps two cells...rathod says that he is ill..why does he need two phones....
sin again asks bharat where did he get this cell... bharat's answer doesnt change...sagar asks rathod to dial the last no...rathod checks and says that the last dialled call is to balwant...and the date is 18th nov...
sagar says that on this date his accident took place...but why wud aniket call him...he is very ill...he is sure that its not aniket's...rathod says that he will find out in a few moments....
he calls somebody and tells...

rathod says that this sim is aniket's...but he cant tell anything now...sagar says that he needs solid proofs before taking every step...he shud go and investigate everything again...rathod says that he will find out his man...
he goes and sin asks sagar what did he say...he is having doubts on aniket...but she wont accept this...she will go away...she cant see all this...what did he say...
sagar says that the sim is on aniket's name...sin says that its aniket's...the phone is aniket's...but he cant do anything...he is ill...
she takes him towards aniket's room...she asks him to see aniket's condition...he doesnt get up...he cant getup from the bed...he cant do this...before he (sagar) got alright...aniket was the care take of the entire empire..and after he got alright...he took over the whole work...but that doesnt mean aniket wud try and harm him...she knows that the proofs are against aniket...but she wud never accept this....
sagar asks her to stop it...he says that he cant think that way...sin says that she knows he is having doubts...sagar says that he doesnt have it...he told rathod nothing can be proved with one sim card...aniket is like his father...
PRECAP- sagar asks vidya if somebody comes and tells her that aniket is not ill...then what wud she do...
