I have read a lot of articles about Sagar dying😭 Hopefully that won't happen😉
If it does happen then this is what I think will happen
Before Sagar dies, SV will most likely have another consumate again, but this time, Sagar will be in love with Vidya, and then Sagar will die. after Sagar dies, then Vidya will become pregnent. The family knows that SV don't have a husband and wife relation btween them, so Sindoora will take advantage of this and say that the child isn't sagar's at all.
This is what I think will happen.
