And what does a captain has to do? no sweety this isn't gonna be a debate, it'll be like a competition, a contest, and both teams will be competing for points, the more points your team gets the more chance of u winning... points will be awarded in each round, it will be more clear once the first round contest is posted... im sure there wont be that much confusion... regarding a captain, well we've only decided on the first round of this elaan e jung, but we are thinking of some other contests, and they will need good team work...so therefore u'll probz need a captain, but you might not even do much nancy except try gaining points...
