Kamya cannot bunk work despite her injured hand
Kamya Punjabi seems to be going through a bad phase. After her break up with with Sahila Chaddha's husband, Nimay Bali while working together on Sahara One's Woh Rehnewali Mehelon Ki, luck simply doesn't seem to favour her. Two weeks ago, Kamya learnt that the passport she had given to her agent for renewal wasn't ready while the unit of Zee's Banoo Mein Teri Dulhann was gearing up to go to Singapore for a shooting schedule.
After getting it done through another agent, the girl hardly got the time for a breather before she injured her right hand just a day before she was to fly to Singapore! "While shooting for a scene where someone else was to break the car window and I had to pretend, I happened to hit the window so hard and couldn't remove my hand in time for the unit guy to break the glass. He landed with force on my hand and I ended up cutting it pretty badly." Her saree was soaked in blood by the time a doctor came and by then she was writhing in pain. "but that's not excuse enough to bunk work," she claims.
