Zee sent me another email!:not the usual

I sent Zee an email a while ago giving them a peice of my mind and they sent me the usual "Thanks your feedback has been communiacted to the team", but today they sent me another one that I never got before saying.....

well i dont know maybe.. or maybe they have drafted out another version so that ppl dont kill them 😆
but lets be hopeful..btw what exactly you have written them? 😳

I quickly just chked my mail too but got nothing, but I didnt send to Zee TV USA, sent to the normal Zee Tv..

It could be that they say that to everyone since it's international 😕

But the "seeking attention" part gave me some hope atleast... let's hope this isn't an automated response!! 😳 😛

No I don't think it's automated because it's not from the email I sent to them. I sent my mail to zeetv-response@zeenetwork.com. This email was from customerservice@zeetvusa.com.

I already got my feedback letter from ZEE but this is a new one from the new addy. 😃 Here is what I said....

"Dear Zee Team,

My name is ??? from the US. I and a lot of other people feel that the show Dulhaan needs some positive changes. The show is dragging the storyline very much. Doing this makes the viewers tired and stop watching. The character Sagar need to recover quickly. The TRP ratings have fallen very much. The show used to be No. 1 but on Friday this week it wasn't even on the list. Please help the show become popular again. It's actors have amazing talents and they need to show them.

So back to the topic, why would they care if I'm from the US? They should answer everyone properly.😕 Right? I really hope they looked at this properly and it's really being looked at. This gives me a lot of hope.The "Your suggestion is seeking attention at Zee Mumbai." makes me really hopeful. 😊
