Harsh: Harsh represents a modern day man with rural mannerisms..He represents a modern day man, because no matter how ill mannered he is, he is a go getter and feels no shame in wanting to attain what he desires..Take for example, his strong determination of gaining Vidya, yea this way he is kind of projecting Vidya as a toy, but he stays put to this...

Born poor, is his greed or want for luxury and wealth really sinful?

Do you think unknowingly, even with his selfish intentions, Harsh is doing good upon others, especially Vidya?

Do you think Harsh was sexually harassing Vidya or just being open about his feelings?

What does the society they reside in call this kind of behavior?

Even with his sarcastic and snide remarks, do you comprehend truth hiden beneath those words?

How is Harsh different from Surili if at all?

My thoughts on Harsh:

Born in poverty and lived in poverty, it is perfectly understandable that Harsh was excited when he learnt of the luxury of the Singh household and wanted to attain some of it...but here's where his thoughts and actions are not justified...How can he use a girl's heart as a key to wealth? He has embelished a false dream in Chandra's eyes...She fought with her sisters who she depended on and trusted the most, only be entrapped in deceit with a man she trusts the most...It's okay to want immense wealth Harsh, but you need to work for it and achieve it on your own to be declared righteous...that is if he wants to crown that title, which I doubt he does..I will complete my answers later, for now hope you all will enjoy answering my questions!!!

I have never liked Harsh from the beginning, but I'll try and making my answer as unbiased as I can! 😉

It's not 'sinful' for him to want wealth and luxury as he has always lived in poverty...... but jis thara kar raha hai, ghalat hai. He is manipulating and using people just to get a place in the Singh house... and what he has done with Chandra, baap re! He still wants Vidya and yet has married Chandra and made her trust him blindly... love him as well..!!

Doing good for anyone... well, he wants Surily out of the house, and that's doing some good in my book! 😛 He may open up Vidya a bit more, make her bolder and stronger as she fights (not literally) him off?

I am sure that when Harsh himself is exposed (God knows when that will happen), it will be a real shock... or maybe not a shock, but definitely i think society may look down upon the Singh house, because of what kind of society they live in.

Yap, as much as I try to fight it, there is some truth in his words..! What he used to say to Vidya about the house, and saas not caring about her nor Sindoora, that was all true even though the way he said it didn't make Vidya want to believe him...

How is Harsh different from Surily? I think that this goes back to your quote about Surily, Soni ji, where you talk about knowing the worth of yourself. I think Harsh knows what kind of person he is and has had to go through ups and downs..... so in a way, and a SMALL way, he kind of knows his limits. Whereas Surily will go to any extent to do anything and feels that she is extremely worthy of anything but won't find that out until she loses everything.

WELL at the moment yes.. but i can never trust a guy who betrayed me once..its hard and i still doubt his intensions as you never know he might not show that video once he'll be offered good money from Sin! and how can we be so sure that he won't do any harm to Vidya as his next target could be her as what he wants is MONEY 😡

they aren't different they are just two side of a coin.. you can put them under one category with different way of achieving their ultimate goal and ie MONEY 😡 ..both are wrong and should be condemmd in all the circumstances!

Well Harsh is full of greed..and a little selfishness...but his main goal is to get rich and have Vidya by his side...I actually felt bad for him when in one of the begening episode i think it was after Sagar's accident or when he first came in to the house as Vidya's cousin..but he said "Vidya mai tumse bahot pyaar karta hun" "tum muje kyun apnana nahi chati" something like that which actually made me feel sorry for him...And about the Sexual harrasment I think he is doing that act..because if Vidya doesn't consent to the acts he does then it is Sexual harrasment...I think one day he will fall for Chandra...and then his ultimate goal will become being Rich..but i like what he is doing now because he is getting Surili out of the house!! 👏 ..I know he is not doing this to hlep Vidya but it is helping Vidya at the time... 😃
