Hi Guys,
This is my first update in the Dulhan Forum! And since I have barely watched a handful of episodes, I am not upto mark with the names of the characters and the story-line, so please excuse the very shoddy job that I will be doing with this update! Will get the hang of the story and characters in a week or so! All the members are requested to please correct me wherever I have got any of the details wrong!
Sindhoora is very lovingly watching her son play with her Mobile phone! Chinu calls up Sindhoora and tells her that he knows the reality of how she had usurped Vidya's property and that all the documentation is with him now! Chinu who calls up then laughs in a very Gabbar Singh type of way and then keeps the phone down! Sindhoor thinks to herself that she has to check the papers on which she had got Vidya's signatures, as she does them, the little boy watches the combination number of the lock that Sindhoora uses to open her safe! As Sindhoora checks if the papers are in order or not and thinks to herself that all the papers are with us, someone is probably joking. The little boy keeps watching his Mother in a very secretive type of way, as Sindhoora thinks to herself that no one can touch the papers in the Safe and that it is the most secure possible place.
Chinu and Bharat talk to one another and hatch a plan whereby they plan to exchange the original documents with a duplicate / false one. Chinu and Bharat wonder how will they go to Sindhoora's room and exchange the papers as she is about to go to her room to sleep and by tomorrow it will be too late. Just then Shalu is seen coming downstairs and the older guy gets an idea and goes and starts flirting with her which really flatters Shalu. As Chinu and Shalu keep talking, he somehow convinces her to go and talk to Sindhoora on something and she finally agrees! The two boys give each other a hi-fi!
OMG…Such a funny scene, Shalu goes and starts doing a Nagin type of dance in front of Sindhoora….Dressed in some really hideous black coloured clothes! Very hilarious scene, the girl who plays Shalu does a very good job, her expression's had me in split! Sindhoor is just watching flabbergasted and bewildered!😆
Jut then Saagar (Looking so cute in a Sandoz and Track Pants) is sleepily coming from upstairs and watches the whole scene, he also watches the older guy going to Sindhoor's room. Shalu's Mother also comes and wonders what has gone wrong with Shalu and then starts enjoying the stupid dance performance that her daughter is giving.
Chinu gets into Sindhoora's room and tries to open the Safe. But Saagar follows him and watches him doing so and looks very curious (Such wonderful expressions this guy has!) Chinu forgets the number and tries to remember what Bharat had told him.
Sindhoora screams on Shalu and tells her to stop the nonsense and tells her that she cares two hoots whether you dance, sing or die, and this is the last night they will spend in this house and that she doesn't want to see them tomorrow morning. Sindhoora starts to leave for her room, as Bharat thinks that Chinu Bhaiyya will be in trouble now.
Chinu (That is the name!) finally manages to open the Safe and retrieve the documents and quickly checks them. As he is about to exchange the duplicate ones with the Original, he hears a voice and turns to see, that Saagar has overseen him taking the papers and he is petrified!
Till then, Saagar rushes and tells Sindhoora that he saw Chinu in his room with some papers, but is not able to tell clearly. As they reach the room, they realize that there is no one in the room as Saagar keeps telling Sindhoora that he saw Chinu taking some papers from her Safe….Sindhoora wonders if Saagar is telling the truth!
Sindhoora checks the Safe and sees that the papers are in place and tells Saagar that Chinu must have come to her room to keep some papers, Saagar is not convinced, but Sindhoora packs him off. Chinu breathes with relief as he is still hiding in the room! Sindhoora goes and sits in the Bed and looks very worried! Bharat comes into his Mother's room and cooks a story that he saw someone lurking outside, Sindhoora goes with Bharat outside to check, while Chinu escapes!
Chinu and Bharat are in his room and congratulate one another! As they are trying to hide the papers, Saagar comes into their room and keeps staring at Chinu, who looks like a dead duck!
This is the first episode of BMTD that I have watched fully and am I impressed or what by Sharad Malhotra's performance? He is amazingly natural and has such an awesome screen presence! 👏(Reminded me of Varun Badola from Koshish which had a similar storyline and considering that Sharad is a newcomer, he is extremely good!) Haven't seen Divyanka performing yet, but from what I hear, she is equally good, if not better! The lady who plays Sindhoora is also very good, bang on face expression's!
But the scene of the day was surely Shalu doing her 'Nagin' Dance infront of Sindhoora….I almost died out of laughter, just watching Sindhoora's expressions' while Shalu danced!
Looking forward to watching BMTD regularly (Hopefully updating it also, in case you guys don't have a regular updater!)
