I think Saagar will start to like Vidya and accept her as his wife. Then somehow Saagar will become "normal" again and forget Vidya.....possibley even start mistreating her. The story will then revolve around Vidya trying to win Saagar's love back.

What do you guys think? What are some other possibilities that could occur? I have no idea where this storyline is going to go.

Dear All
I think this serial as remake of Koshish Ek Aasha (Remember Varun ?)
same storyline with littile minor changes.....
NO creativity !!!!!!!!!!

I actually wonder if Sagar will get better and realize that his sisters are up to no good and were actually giving him bad medicine and treating Vidya badly. Then he'll pretend that he's still unwell to try to get them back, with Vidya's help. I feel like I've seen this kind of story in another show...or maybe a movie. It's interesting, but I hope Sagar's health improves soon. I'd like to see the actor in a bit broader scope!

every one has is good and bad
depend on the situation and view
In desi soaps they try to make it look over the top
Als a of viewers dont have an eye for a subtle hint for a bad or good character in these desi soaps

Continuity is one thing the makers have never heared of

I think that sagar will forget vidya once he will get better too. Then sindoora will tell him she is not worthy of him.
