Was he always mentally challenged?

why is his step sister giving him that strange medicine that tastes and looks different?

i looked thru the other forums but i couldnt find anything..too much to go thru.....

he was not always mental something happen to him in 6 months thats what they show about sagar,s disease when somebody say something about sagar,s disease they only says before 6 months and then they stop 😳 😳

it was in today's show..
chinu tells vidya that when he came back from US..he told sindhoora that he will take care of the business..same day he left for the office and met an accident...and then he became like this
