Vidya' and her mother have an emotional talk. Vidya's mother gives her the papers to give thumb impression. She tells Vidya that after signing these papers her mother will get lifetime pension on behalf of her father. Vidya quickly signs the papers.
Chachi calls her outside in the hall where everyone including thakur and thakurine are waiting. chchi tells her that there is a rasam where Vidya will have to write her husbands name.Vidya is shocked hearing this.Chachi further tells her that she will have to sing a song whch has her husbands name.Vidya doesnt understand what to do. She grabs babuji's feet and tells him that she is illiterate.She also tells him that she had tried telling him that she was not suitable for Sagar but in vain. She cries inconsalably. Thakurji tells her that he has chosen a very right girl for Sagar and who is better than any educated girl. Chachi is fuming with anger.
Thakur and Thakurine are taliking that how they had tought that Vidya read the truth about Sagar in the letter he gave her when in reality she cant read.They hope that Vidya knows the truth and then only has she agreed to get married because they cant break the marriage.
Chacha and his daughter are discussing how chachi plan fails verytime. Then chachi comes and tells them that she has an Ace in her hand. Sshe called Harsh and he is on his way.There is a traffic jam and Harsh is thinking why chahchi called him.Sindura is upset that she is stuck in a jam.She comes out and shouts that she cant let an illiterate girl Vidya marry Sagar.Harsh sees her and realises she is Thakurji's daughter.
